Really glad I ordered this- very good value for money compared to other tests in the market. The whole process has been quick and easy, much better than waiting for doctor appointments to know what’s going on in my body.

The kit was very easy to use, the instructions were explicit and simple, it was not difficult to understand. The convenience is another aspect I like about the kit, doing the test all by myself was great. Although it took awhile before I got my result, it was reasonably fast.

Only buy this test if you want to be subjected to hours of frustration on the phone!!! I bought this kit in good faith and after taking the samples tried to send it off but there was the problem. The address to send it too on the return envelope differed from that on the instruction leaflet - easily solved I thought - just contact the seller by phone and confirm the right address. PROBLEM - I tried to contact Entone Medics on 5 separate numbers published on the internet. Two were out of commission, 2 had their phones turned off and the fifth had only an answering service which took my name and number and then never responded. I then tried to contact Verisana Laboratories only to get another answering machine without the opportunity to leave a message. Urgent email messages were also ignored. In the meantime the samples which I took are sitting in the fridge and will eventually spoil! This is no way to run a business and I will definitely not be buying a test kit from either company ever again!

The Candida Test Kit is a very simple test to carry out with explicit instructions. Result came in less than two weeks.Another aspect of the test I appreciate is the fact that it is completely private without me going to the lab.

Due to medical reasons, I was constantly taking high doses of steroids which could trigger candida to take over. It was high time for me to test my levels. The Verisana test kit seemed like the perfect way to do so although I was a bit concerned if the results that I was waiting to receive would look exactly as on the pictures provided. But for my sake, they were! I have never been able to fully understand any medical report by now, but this lab sent me such an easily understandable analysis and report! So happy with my choice!

The process of sample collection was easy to follow and I had it done in a really short amount of time. I received my results via Email. This is the part I am most satisfied and happy with because the values were displayed graphically and I could easily determine if my values were too high. I would recommend this to anyone who prefers the comfort of their own home.
