Vitamin B12 1500mcg - Methylcobalamin - 365 Tablets - 12 Month Supply

For many years I have woken up stiff, full of aches and suffered terribly with my back. I have brain fog and fatigue. So much so I insisted I get tested for Fibromyalgia.I took my first tablet and thought nothing of it. I went into work and 4 hours in, my jaw dropped. I had absolutely no discomfort anywhere in my body and I still felt like I had some energy.I was convinced it wasn't that one tablet and maybe just a fluke. Well, I'm a week in and it's all gone! Nothing when I get up in a morning and nothing by the end of the day which is when my pain and stiffness is usually the worst.I wish I'd have started taking them years ago.I feel brand new!

**Before I do my review, please note: don't take vitamins B12 on an evening unless you want to be awake all night, I had one too many nights of being wide awake until 4am before I realised it was the tablets keeping me awake**I bought these after being told by my doctor to take Vitamin B12 as I was deficient. I didn't pay any attention to the dose and have since been told by a pharmacist that 1500ug is a ridiculously high dosage, after stopping these tablets I called my doctor and they advised me 50-150ug is what I should be taking per day.My side effects included a VERY itchy scalp and ears, my scalp became exceptionally painful and red, it hurt to brush my hair and became very greasy after 1 day (this is NOT normal for me). I also experienced a lot of pain in my fingers and toes as if they were inflamed. Once I stopped taking these the problems subsided after a few days. I tried these tablets on 3 separate occasions to make sure it was the tablets and each time I got these problems.I checked the bulking agent and there is no known side effects so I can only assume it was the amount of vitamin B12 in these tablets. I'm now talking tablets from the pharmacist with the proper dose that have been tested rigorously and i've not experienced any problems.

I search specifically for methyl rather than cyanycobalammin forms of B12, which is toxic.

I felt a difference straight away I had stiffness in my shoulders it went within a day or two my memory is a lot more better I have more energy this is the best form of b12 for me I will purchase again once I have finished this one so glad I bought these they are small tablets so not a problem at all..I sleep more better and concentration is way more better than before

Easy to swallow not sure what thy are doing. It I’m not dead

Bought these due to me being tired all the time but doctor wouldn’t give me anything. Most of my family and friends told me to start taking B12 because all the symptoms I had was linked to a B12 deficiency so bought these in jan 2020 and just bought this years supply because they work
