Q: Do the black or grey socks bleed when washed with lighter clothes like white tshirts?

I have not washed them with whites but I have washed them with other colors and had no issues with the Grey or the Black. To be safe, I would wash them separately at first so prevent bleeding or wash with cold water.

This is correct. They are expensive because even at amazons higher price they still seem affordable and people still buy them at this price. Not everything here is rock bottom.

They’re just regular ol’ socks. They aren’t loose or tight if you have the right size on.

Q: use with swollen feet?

I've found them better than some/most? For ankle and foot swelling. The elastic band around the ankle/foot is less constricting, allowing for better circulation. The no show style not coming up on the ankle helps too. Not crazy about the arch compression, but it's not much and loosens up after wearing and washing. A good thing, as I don't like arch compression. Overall good socks.
