Nothing wrong with product or service. Tried to fix a fan by replacing the remote and it didn’t work

It works! Numbers are backwards, but it works just fine.
Was very glad to find this as a second remote for our fan and light (Monte Carlo Fans, DC motor, LED lights.) Dimming works, Off works. The speeds work, but just opposite in terms of the printed numbers. The remote looks exactly like the factory original, numbers and all, but this remote causes the fan to go at power 1 if you push 6 and power 6 if you push one. For our needs, this second remote is used mostly to turn off the lights or fan from the other room if we forget them while in the main room. Again, very glad to have found it as the manufacturer does not offer a second remote for the 6 speed fans.

Loved that we had a fan again. They were used to replace ones that quit working.
