I only got this for back flowing incense and the aesthetic appearance. I didn't see that it lit up when I purchased it. That was a nice surprise. I wasn't worried if the incense weren't good or not, because I just wanted the burner, but they're good. I enjoy them. Again, that a nice surprise. Finally, it was packaged extremely well. It came in one piece and nothing was broken. I highly recommend this product. Thank you!

This is perfect. Alot of folks are saying that they cannot switch off the orb. but mine came with a switch on the bottom to turn it on and off. I love this! It's very beautiful and relaxing and adds ambiance and positive vibe to my alter and office room. The scent cones are not meant to be heavy immediately. They are meant to be subtle and lasting. Which is exactly what they do. Thank you for a wonderful product.

The burner itself is beautiful but the cones are very cheap quality.The informational card has a blurb that says the smoke that pours down isn't for smelling which would be fine if i could control what I smell and don't smell, it's hard to get close to look at the smoke while it's burning and not get a nose-full of the synthetic materials.The smell seeps into the burner and is hard to get out and the color used in the cones flows down too and will stain your burner. If you get this, don't use the cones.

Looks pretty good! However, we received the product with broken pieces. Will be returning it and hoping the replacement won’t be broken as well. Also, the cones all smell the same.

The media could not be loaded.  This incense burner is absolutely adorable. I love the way the smoke down fills into the bottom of the burner. It is so cute. I love it. Also, it smells very well.

I wouldn't recommend any body to buy this product .the cone sits on top and can fall over and it did, cones are meant to be contained this one is not! NOT SAFE! on the other hand its cute I liked the effects of the water fall and I read issues with the light, I didn't not have that issue switch on switch off they might have improved it I'm not sure. and the cones are over powering I didn't like that smell at all it smells like a burning barbecue.

I got it for my son's birthday, but I'm the one that lights and uses it most honestly. Its relaxing and really beautiful. Highly recommended. The cones don't last very long no matter which kind you get, but this is the coolest looking thing and I LOVE it. Just takes a few tries to get the cones set up right but once you figure it out, you're golden!

The little head was detached but in the package. 👍
