The media could not be loaded.  I am so glad I bought this fandelier. It’s absolutely stunning and it’s actually really cold, it has 3 settings for the fan; low, medium and high and 2 light options. The installation was not hard BUT the instructions are horrible! We were able to figure it out just by looking at the pieces and using common sense. I will say the costumer service was really great as well. Some of the crystals were broken but they sent me replacements immediately. I will definitely purchase another one in the future. Worth every penny!

The media could not be loaded.  This is a hit with everyone who sees it! I love that the fan blades tuck in when not in use and are clear. The style is nice looking and truly makes a statement. The ‘instructions’ for installing are less than useless, thank goodness I already know some about electrical work. The instructions didn’t even show an image of this item and they never even mention parts that are included in the box, and neither did the install video that’s listed on the ad for the item. I tossed the instructions away shortly after starting the install. Part of the magnetic pieces that hold the light strip on were broken so I had to rig it and screw in the light strip instead of relying on the magnet. Once it was installed I was thrilled with the outcome and it really moves the air around well. Something to note is that you can’t change the direction of rotation of the fan blades like most fans do for different seasons. Overall I love this item and I’m glad I didn’t give up when installing because it wasn’t a quick process. Also, don’t lose the remote because it’s the only way to operate the fan and change the light color!

The light looks really nice. And the hidden fan feature is very cool and very effective. The LED sheet magnetically attaches to the housing which was nice but one little nudge and they all fall off. It made assembly interesting.The assembly instructions are not helpful and it requires a long screw driver to slide between the crystals to mount the decorative part to the fan housing. It was not easy. Either screws would fall before we could get them to twist in or the LED strips would get bumped and fall down. I suggest YouTubing assembly.The “tech” part of this fan could use some help. It is absolutely not dimmable and the brightest LEDs I’ve ever seen. You can change the color from white light to warm, however the control doesn’t remember what you had it set on last so you have to flip through all of the light settings to get to what you want every single time.Overall a decent light for the price. Once you get past assembly, the only let down is the remote/light settings are not as “smart” as they could have been. The fan is very quiet and provides a strong breeze - almost too strong for some small spaces.

First of all, no instructions so you have to use you tube. It is a challenge to put together and takes a good 1-2 hours. The light is so bright it hurts your eyes to look at it and there is no way to dim, a dimmer would be a great thing for them to add, fan beeps when you turn on the light and adjust fan speed etc, no big deal unless in bedroom and you don’t want to wake someone sleeping, that said it is a cool concept and looks way better than a ceiling fan in the bedroom, the fan has 3 speeds and is very quiet and puts out enough air.

I love the feminine look of this fan but the lights were not dimmable. It is very bright and the room was well lit. The fan has a remote control to operate, has typical speed settings and a timer for the fan.As for easy installation my problem was the bracket, it is larger than usual mounts. I had to make new holes in the bracket (I drilled new holes in the metal) to fit the ceiling mounts existing screw positions.I absolutely love the fanUpdate: I still love my light/fan. I do not use the light often since it's not dimmable. The fan runs often and continues to operate at a quiet speed.

This is gorgeous easy to use But a pain in the ass to get up. Took2-3 hours. The crystals took 30 mins additional beautiful and very strong cool fan for a 20ft by 13 room. Everyone loves it. So worth the struggle!

I need to return this fan the lights goes out after running for less than 10 min. I paid an electrician to come check it out and he said it's a manufating issue. The box was slightly damage when delivered but I didn't think it caused any damage to the fan due to all the packaging. I am very disappointed. I have to pay another few to have it taken down to return it. J am at a huge loss here and would like a refund. This fandlier is no good to me. I have spent what I paid for to have it installed and now I have to pay someone to take it down.The fan came in a box which was slightly damaged but not to the point where I thought I would have an issue with the fan. I hired an electrician to install the fan and it stopped working after 10 min. I called the electrician back over and he said there’s something wrong with the transistor or something. I need to return this but I have to pay the electrician to take it down. I will be out of more than I paid for it if I get all this done. I would like a refund. I am not happy and I just wasted $200 for the fan and another $100 for the install. He is charging me $80 to remove it. This is such an inconvenience.
