The fish were in a very small amount of water for their numbers, but extras were included and only three were DOA. Another is unlikely to survive, but I’m not culling it since I only opened the bag an hour ago. (The second bag had a leak in it, but it contained fatheads and they’re pretty hardy.)Nice colors, and the surviving fish are very active and eager to swim free. I’m doing a slightly longer acclimation process since it’s been overcast for a while, so the water is a bit colder than usual for June in the South.Overall good experience for fish by mail, and I will most likely use this seller again.

Why did this review ask me to rate the flavor of my goldfish!? Who is eating goldfish :DWas going to have to order through local pet stores anyways so have Amazon a shot. We received 2 extra fish but two died the first week after arriving :( but I can’t complain. All remaining fish seem very strong and healthy. Very scared of people though so they like to hide away in our outdoor pond and are even scared of food when it is thrown in the water.Ours arrived in only 1” or so of water which was concerning so we got them acclimated and transitioned as quickly as we could.Warning: our fish showed up a week before Amazon had estimated so be on the look out and track your order daily. The supplier did email me a heads up but I had missed the email. Luckily I work from home so was home when they were delivered.

I saw some reviews with bad experiences.Lucky to me, they all arrived safe all alive and active and still good.I appreciate they contact me first before shipping the fish to make sure I could get them safely.I liked their fish so I ordered again after a few days.I recommend the seller.

I ordered this on May 2023. One died on arrival and another one after a day or so. But rest of them were all active and healthy. After like 5 months we started seeing 6-8 baby fishes. We hope to see this growing in the coming months.

Fish arrived y just as described, promptly and well packed (even a few extra). Followed instructions to introduce them into my pond and they were all active and exploring right away. Would definitely recommend and buy from this company again!

I ordered 48 gold fish, they arrived in a double plastic bag with very little water not enough to cover the fishes top side. There was already about 4-5 fish dead as I looked at the bag and when I opened the bag it reeked of terrible odor 🤢I did exactly as the instructions told me to but the fish started dying in huge quantity and within 3 days all the fish died☹️ I contacted the seller through Amazon messaging and the seller gave me the option of an exchange or refund and I thinking ok this was unusual that the fish died, decided to do the exchange. The new batch of 48 fish arrived a week later and once again I did exactly as the instructions said and low and behold the fish began to die again, I was left with about 5-6 fish that survived and are currently in my 1000 gallon outdoor pond. I’ve never had issues at all with any fish I’ve ordered from any company except this one. I reached out again to the seller and Margaret told me that since they exchanged the fish for me, they wouldn’t give me a refund. So I replied to her that I wanted the supervisor to call me directly so I can tell them what has gone on and to get this issue resolved as I wanted a full refund because they were expensive. The supervisor called me and from the beginning of the call her demeanor was rude but I went with it. She was in no way shape or form going to refund me my $198 as she said that something went wrong from my end and that they couldn’t do anything about it and basically was accusing me of lying as that’s how I took it by her rudeness and no matter how much I explained the situation, she wouldn’t listen to anything I was saying and she kept reiterating that something went wrong from my end and that there company wasn’t going to budge with a refund. She told me that they’ve NEVER had a problem like this before so I took the liberty of reading what other customers have said and there’s A LOT of unhappy clients that had the same issues as I have, DEAD fish. I’m here to tell you DON’T purchase anything from them because if something like this goes wrong they will not help you, they will accuse you of mishandling from your end without saying those exact words. Last week I went out to my pond and 6 of my 7 large fish had been eaten by something. I was heartbroken. The only fish left was hiding. As we are stuck in quarantine, going to a pet store wasn't an option but I was very worried about "Wayne" being along. I happened to plug in "fish" and saw these on Amazon. The reviews were amazing. I decided I would give them a try. They arrived today, earlier than expected. They were packed very carefully and all the fish were alive (and they gave me two extras). I followed the easy instructions and in an hour I took them from the bag and added them to my pond. Within 20 minutes, my lone fish was out and about and meeting his new brothers and sisters. They were not afraid of him at all. They actually are following him around and seem to be snuggling with him. It's so darn cute. They also threw in a nice size bag of fish pellets. My husband and I are so happy and pleased with this purchase. This is a great company. Keeping fingers crossed they all survive and adjust, but so far so good. Thank you Toledo.

I absolutely am thrilled with the fish we received. They were of good size and so healthy. Also there was a variety of colors. We did lost two because they jumped out of the pond which I hear is very common and unpreventable. We have a preformed pond of 165 gallons. I ordered 10 fish. Every fish was alive and happy to be here. I just can't recommend this process enough. They arrived within 2 days as promised. Great value for the money; especially if you live somewhere like we do and there are none available. A+++++
