SEBIDER 8" LED Ring Light, 36W 6500K Dual LED Ring Lights Dimmable with 5 Light Modes,Circle Light with Tripod Stand and Phone Holder

This is the second ring light I’ve bought in the space of a month. The other was 10inch (different brand), had RGB lighting options, but was 4x more expensive.If anything, this smaller light (around 7.5 inch) feels more solid because of the aluminium frame. It comes with a basic tripod / stand for the light, a phone bracket, mount; and a fantastic mini adjustable tripod with a 1/4 inch screw fixing for holding your either your phone or a camera. The power cable is hardwired into the light, and is just under 2 metres in length. Controls are found on the cable and you don't have to be a rocket scientist to work them out. The only annoyance I found was the power cable enters the ring light immediately next to the ¼ inch tripod screw fixing, and makes mounting the light awkward. If you’re constantly mounting and detaching, I suspect abrasion may occur on the cable. The instructions supplied by Sebider are bespoke rather than generic and explain the functions in plain English.Performance wise, a lot of light is produced from this device and after testing it next to my more expensive 10inch ring light; I can say there appeared to be little, if any difference between the two in terms of light output produced. It’s easy to flick between the white, natural and warm light settings, and there’s an abundance of increments to subtly adjust the brightness levels to the required amount. On the highest setting it’s easily capable of lighting a whole room, or in my case, a whole garage.Overall, I’d say this light represents excellent value for money.(edit), my value for money statement relates to the price I paid on 19th September 2020 (£7.99). In the days prior to my purchase, the price had been £5.99 and it continues to creep up. Seems a really clever marketing ploy; sell really cheap, get favourable reviews and slowly increase the price with good reviews in the bag. Having said that, even at £10.79 (on 8th October), the price still represents good value.

How amazing this was!!! It was so helpful when it came to doing my video’s etc, & has differen’t lighting. Abit small but value for the money.

I love this light. Light weight but sturdy. I not only use it for taking videos and selfies but as a night light o my beside table where it looks tres trendy. Only downside is the tripod it's very small and does not rotate 360, but I have a selfie stick I use that instead.

Surprisingly decent considering the rock-bottom price we paid for this set.The tripod for the ring light was much heavier and more robust than it looked.The light itself is well built, dims well and the colour temperature being switchable on the fly with a simple button press is great as I've seen similar, more expensive products that come with detachable colour filters which you physically have to swap to achieve the same result.Definitely exceeded expectations!

Bought for Zoom meetings, as my camera is an old one. Hole for mounting screw is very close to power cable, so slight difficulty in attaching lamp to mount. Apart from this, bargain package (two tripods!) and lamp is very bright, but also very controllable with the supplied dimmer. Very pleased with the results, good value for money.

Great value easy to use but the tripods aren’t brilliant making it hard to Position the light but for taking pics for my website it’s so much better than what I used before

Brought this for a friends Christmas present and she loved it

very bright has different settings, it isnt sitting tight though the ring will fall if i have to it 90degrees and i cant tighten it anymore and gets very hot pretty fast
