Using first time, had confusion if that would be useful or not...But it's great for any kind of craft work.It is water proof... Middle foam can soak water a little, but does not get damaged..One direction it's flexible, other direction is not....But price is little high...

Replacement is not the same as return.
I wanted to return the item since it didn’t match my purpose, but it had been replaced with the same item. There was a date mentioned for return ,before which even after trying so many times it goes for only replacement. I tried even customer care which is of no use.If the product can’t be returned IT SHOULD BE MENTIONED CLEARLY. Now I keep the product without any purpose. I feel I have been cheated.
