The media could not be loaded.  I would say that I gotta small cap and it was still wayyyy to big for my head. My head size is a 21 but the small did not work. Another thing to keep in mind if your frontal is bigger than a 13x4 that guide line is not for anything bigger than a 13x4 u less u don’t mind cutting into the fabric. This cap is also not for a sewing machine wig this is only for hand sewing because it has elastic on the side which is hard to lay flat. It’s a nice cap but does not fit the frontal we have now.

I ordered a small and it still fit a little bit. If you have small head, you will have to take it in on the sides before you make your wig. I don't know about durability since I just purchased it.

I can never buy a wig that fits my small head perfectly so I started making my own. I have tried several different cap styles but this one is the bees knees.

This cap is great, the adjustable straps are well hidden as well.
