Works better than expected

I have always had issues with my airbrush with painting minatures but this package was a revelation. For basecoating its a dream and also for applying a protective varnish coat. I have yet to use with my Iwata airbrush but the airbrush supplied does the jobs i am currently udsing it for without any issues. The compressor charges fast and lasts for ages and i have had no tip drying or splatter issues when using for a long time. Overall i am well happy with this item and highly recommend for the basics when uing with minatures.

I like this airbrush, there is a moderate learning curve if like me you have never airbrushed but I have the hang of it now and only use it for spraying larger areas military models. As long as I clean/rinse it thoroughly at the end of my session it is good. Battery life is good and it charges quickly.

I wanted this airbrush to supercede my old one which ran from a seperate compressor or tyre. I thinned down some acrylic paint and painted a model I was constructing and had no problem once the airbrush was set up for the spray I wanted. The air pump in the handle is a good innovation and the whole airbrush unit was a delight to handle. However, when I tried using enamel paint the airbrush seemed to have insufficient power - or I did not thin the paint down enough. It could well be my fault but the result using enamel paint was disappointing. I shall try again soon and post an update if there is an improvement.

It sprays well evenly and without droplets so great for the models I use it on.

Purchased as first airbrush, really pleased with results, although it clogs up repeatedly which can be frustrating.Lasted three months then something internally gave up and it stopped spraying.Not great, won’t be getting another.

I half expected this to be a bit 'iffy'. I've used air compressor airbrushes for many years and did not believe that a cordless battery one would be much good. How wrong I was. This is a superb small airbrush which gives a very neat paint pattern that is adjustable if the paint is mixed correctly. The paint pattern is smaller and lighter than an the air compressor airbrushes I am used to but this makes it superb for small detailed jobs. I think its a superb piece of kit.
