Gorgeous!
I didn't realise how much more flavour there could be in honey! A world apart from most of the stuff you buy in the supermarket. This literally tastes like a meadow in Spain smells. It's sweet, and bitter, and pungent, and fragrant all at once. I want to try them all.

not good for prostate
very medicinal smell and flavour. bought to help prostate. One teaspoon ending up irritating prostate. At least it shows that it does have medicinal chemicals in it.

Not too sweet
I’m not a lover of honey as I find it too sweet, but I wanted some to have for a sore throat with lemon. This chestnut one is tolerable for me, so I’m pleased I ordered it. It taste far nicer than ‘normal’ honey.

DELICIOUS
Drizzled onto yoghourt, this honey was just amazing - so much more flavour than any other type of honey I have tried. This Spanish raw mountain honey is something else.
