Mr. Steam Butler Linear Package Round Brushed Nickel

I thoroughly enjoy taking a steam whenever I like and especially in winter months. So when I moved into my new “Fixer Upper”, installing a steam-shower was on the top of my list of “Must Haves”.Having one built in my former home and conducting my own online research; I was better prepared to get what I want and need. I decided to order through Amazon, the Mr. Steam Ms225ec1 Residential Steam Generator, 7.5KW and Mr. Steam Butler Linear Package Round Brushed Nickel.The order was fulfilled by Steam Shower Sauna Inc. quickly and efficiently, but with one hiccup; the linear steam head (an upgrade) could not be filled.Jeff McKee at Steam Shower Sauna Inc. notified me immediately that there was an inventory shortage. Probably brought on by the incredible sales deal they’re having. This was not good as my whole house is being renovated and all the sub-contractors on a tight schedule. If this part is delayed, then that would set everything back – a big delay to the total completion schedule.So, I called Jeff and he picked up the phone immediately. I explained the situation and for further effect, sent him an email with picture of my framed in new bathroom. Within 24 hours he found and shipped the correct steam head and everything is all set to install.BTW – I strongly recommend this linear steam head as it is emits a softer, quieter steam. In a small steam room, the standard round steam heads are aimed at the floor, but the nearly boiling water quickly spreads across the floor and burns your feet. In my former house, I put a small plastic bucket under the steam head to prevent burning of my lower legs and feet.Bottom Line: Jeff McKee saved what could have been a lot of headaches in solving a problem and getting an essential part to me in a timely manner.Thanks Jeff!p.s.
