3.0 inch TFT LCD Shield Display Module 3.3V Resistive Touch Screen 400x240 for Arduino, not 5V

I liked everything about this screen. 2nd time purchasesed.

I was hoping to put a better review for this product since I had high hopes for it as a screen for a humidity controller screen for my house. The product was defective on arrival and after several hours of troubleshooting I gave up on it and did a return. I hope you all have better luck than I did.

Screen works great and the screen is good quality there is a bit of a lag with the touchscreen but other than that it works great.

While this TFT LCD will work OOB with your UNO, it will consume nearly every GPIO in the process. The mfr. does offer libraries to make it somewhat easier, but apparently the library is a modified (and uncredited) version of the MCUFriend library written by David Prentice and is nearly impossible to find documentation on because it was modified without his permission. It will work, but be prepared to spend some time researching.

Good screen... SPI Connection to arduino easy setup and program

Not worth the time or money.. Badly written with poor print quality. Written by a forth grader.

While there's no real documentation with this, it's not hard to set up watching tutorials. It does cover/use most of the GPIO pins so you may want a breakout shield if you need access to any of the unused ones. It's not the most responsive touch screen, but it works well enough for a lot of projects. Given the price it's a great value.
