not as labeled
As previous reviewers mentioned, the item shipped to me was MIRRORED goggles, NOT polarized goggles. Based on the reviews, I made the purchase assuming that I would in fact receive mirrored (not polarized) goggles. As long as you know to expect that -- you'll enjoy your purchase. The goggles are comfortable and easy to adjust.

Very comfortable - good seal - could be just a little better
First - this isn't a review of the seller or who shipped me the goggles. This is a review of the actual goggles.I just recently purchased both a pair of the Zoggs Predator Flex polarized and predator flex mirror goggles. I recently had corrective eye surgery, and now, I have a greater sensitivity to bright sunlight conditions. I tried using my old Nike, USA Aquatics and Speedo goggles but the smaller goggles were just so uncomfortable now on my eye sockets. I don't race, but try to participate in several triathlons throughout the warmer months. And of course, I try to hit the indoor and outdoor pools a couple of times of week to stay fit. I was looking for two things: (1) a larger goggle that was much more comfortable around my eyes, and (2) dark lenses to help reduce the sun rays when swimming outdoors. For me, the "standard" smoke lenses are nowhere close to reducing the sunlight in bright conditions when swimming outdoors. The only other model I have to compare to is the Aqua Sphere Eagle models. Those were comfortable too, and I like the idea of replaceable lenses that the eagle model offers. My AS Eagle goggles came with both clear and smoke lenses. The smoke lenses were just not dark enough for outdoor swimming, so I had to return them. Overall, the predator flex goggles are slightly more comfortable than the Aqua Sphere eagle models.....especially in the nose bridge piece. The large surface area was very comfortable around my eyes - no leaking - good seal - a lot of field of view. For outdoor swimming, I like the polarized feature for reducing glare, but I found that the mirror model reduces the sunlight just a little bit more. And since the mirror flex models are almost half the price of the polarized, I could purchase two mirror flex models for the price of one polarized model. Reducing sunlight and getting a good pair of "dark" lenses was the most critical feature that made the difference between these two models - not the price. For my indoor swimming, I am going to purchase a pair of the standard zoggs predator flex goggles (silver/clear frames with the aqua blue lenses). I probably good use my mirror models inside, but I suspect these lenses will be too dark to use for indoor lap swimming. A clear or smoke or light blue/yellow lens will be just fine for indoors. Besides the inter-changeable lenses, the one other feature that I did like about the aqua sphere eagle goggles was the adjustability of the straps (actually the locking tab mechanism of the eagle models). The Zoggs are really easy to adjust too (the locking tab does an excellent job of keeping the strap from loosening), but I found the Aqua Sphere adjusted just as easy, but seems the tab mechanism does slightly better job locking down the strap from loosening, as well as, tightening. I don't mind taking the few seconds or minutes to adjust and re-adjust the strap until I have it dialed in just right. Once I have the strap where I want it, it would be nice if that tab/lock mechanism kept the strap right there (in both directions).A lot of new goggles out there now have some variation of this locking "tab/cog" mechanism that allows you to adjust the straps by disengaging the tab in the grooves/ridges. I use a sharpie marker to color a line on the straps to indicate where my straps should be. I have two young boys that occasionally grab my mirror goggles and pretend they're a super hero. Coloring this line on my straps helps me adjust them back to where they should be quickly and easily. The reason for the four-star rating is (1) I personally wish the locking tab mechanism was more like the Aqua Sphere eagle models; (2) the polarized lenses were darker, and (3) wished Zoggs would re-design their higher-end goggles to have inter-changeable lenses. Again, this second one is 100% personal to me. The lenses will be fine for 99% of the people out there, and the polarized lenses should really reduce glare and provide better visuals. I only tested the goggles in outdoor, bright, sunny conditions - swimming laps at my local YMCA. More and more companies should offer inter-changeable lenses for higher-end goggles. This way, I only need to carry one or two goggles in my bag and small case of lenses - instead of several goggles. If Aqua Sphere can offer their eagle goggles with an extra set of lenses for $35, I would think that Zoggs could do the same for the same price range for their Predator Flex line. I compare this to Oakley sunglasses....one set of frames with different lens options. I would like to see Zoggs offer a few, inter-changeable lenses such as clear, smoke, a dark mirror lens, a dark polarized/iridium lenses that can all be purchased separately and snapped into the goggle's frames.

Seller mixed up the order
I requested "polarized", but the seller sent "mirror" instead. The actualproduct is comfortable and well-fitting, but breaks after a while, dueto a thin, weak piece of rubberized plastic across the nose.

Outstanding POLARIZED Swim Goggles
I've had my Polarized Zoggs Predator Flex goggles for about 5-6 months and very happy with it. Polarized lens are great for the glare off the water's surface, as no doubt, many are aware and buying what is supposed to be polarized and not mirrored. The goggles also seal better than my speedos. I have 2 speedo goggles but prefer this zoggs, even when there's no sun issues. If you can get your hands on the POLARIZED model, I doubt you'd be disappointed. BTW, my goggles don't fog up much but I think it's inherent in practically all goggles. Good old fashioned spit works.

POOR QUALITY
First pair I got had a broken latch, right of the box, that keeps the straps from expanding. Was promptly replaced by Amazon. Second pair was great. Fit perfect and didn't leak. Then I dried them off with a towel and the mirrored coating came off the lenses. They went in the trash. Paid for another pair because they are comfortable and fit well. Now I know no to dry them with a towel. But the new pair fog up quickly. 4-5 laps in the pool and can't see out of them. Quality seems to be an issue with these goggles.

Swim 2000 has a bad track record for Polarized Goggles
After reading reviews I can see that swim 2000 has a bad track record when it comes to selling these goggles. Clearly these goggles are listed as "POLARIZED" and thats what a customer should receive. Well, we received goggles that were not polarized. We contacted them directly by phone and they said that they were incorrectly listed on amazon. They said that they would send us a return label and that they would send out the correct pair after they received the first goggle. Had to contact them a couple times just to get the return label. We shipped them back but didn't receive the replacement "polarized" goggles. Contacted them again and were told that the "polarized" goggles are on backorder. I ordered these polarized goggles for my wife for a Caribbean cruise during April spring break. She ended up bringing one of her old "non polarized" goggles. She was not happy with this whole experience. We order a lot of merchandise off of Amazon and very rarely encounter problems. But, even when we do, we always resolve it with Amazon. Swim 2000 is either deceitful or has incompetent employees that can't correct a simple customer problem.

... Zoggs for years simply because they fit my face best of any goggles I've worn
I've worn Zoggs for years simply because they fit my face best of any goggles I've worn. I had a pair of these Predators that separated in the middle (nosepiece separated from the eye cup). When I contacted customer service, I told them that I felt they had a significant design flaw and I'd be happy with a "lesser" goggle as a replacement. Zoggs replaced them with the exact same model stating that they had redesigned the product so that this wouldn't happen again. Guess what. It did. Exact same problem in the exact same place. When I contacted them I was told that they were out of the 90day warranty and even if they were within the warranty, they were a replacement pair so they wouldn't replace them again. Really? If you replace a product with another flawed product you don't have to stand behind it?Some of the worst customer service I've encountered. I'll be on the search for a different manufacturer because Zoggs has lost a loyal customer.
