This waist trainer is a good quality for the price. It supports your back and helps with posture. If you are using this for exercising, you will definantly sweat! I love that has three ways to secure trainer. The size is true to size. I have purchased several trainers and this one is the best quality for the price. I highly recommmend.

I have bought so many of these over the years and now just started wearing one again after a long time of letting myself go! I have lost 35 lbs and people (women) over 35 that gain weight in the belly this is a magic cure! Along with cutting back on what you eat of course! Anyways, I have a long torso and a lot of these are too short on me! I am 5’7 and weigh 211. My waist at my belly button measures 48 inches and I was super worried I couldn’t even get the 3 x size to fit considering the inch sizes they said they were! But I wanted it tight because that’s the point right!? I went for the 2xl size and sense they give you the bra snaps also I secured it that way first in the last setting then zipped! Then Velcro! But these are so well made with the bones in them! They have 3 ways to secure! The stitching is not cheap and the material feels rugged! I am super impressed! After I had a baby I used one of these and kept fighting as I lost weight! Worked like a dream and got my stomach flatter then any amount of sit ups! So try this!! It’s worth it! Where it everyday!! That’s key! Morning to night! Only take it off when you sleep! I when it get lose or worn out buy a new one! It also makes your skin softer! Rant over lol 😂 5 stars!

Good quality! But definitely runs a little small for your size so if you buy one I would definitely go up a size

I have been wearing my waist trainer for about a month and I can notice a slight change in visceral fat around my waist. It's durable and gives a snug and snatched fit.

First thing I encountered with this is by the sizing chart I am supposed to fit in a large, so I ordered a large and immediately I had to put it on the closest inner hook in order to get it to actually fit, so these are definitely bigger then they seem. There's a lot of give to them because it definitely seems to have a spandex type material to it. No matter how much I try, I can't tighten it to look as nice or seamless as the product photo (and I have a natural hourglass figure), no matter what way you do this it looks extremely bulky and it's beyond noticeable no matter what you wear, whether it's a tank top/t-shirt or a hoodie it's noticeable significantly.In addition to that, this will make you sweat unbelievably which can be a great addition if you're wanting it for a work out but if your wanting this for everyday wear by the time you peel it off, it's like peeling off a second skin even if you've literally only had it on for an hour. In terms of support this is great! It does help you stand up straighter and helps with posture but if your wanting it for working out it may not be the best support wise, the way it postures your back it's very easy to throw yourself off balance if you use it for heavy workouts like deadlifts, squats with weights, etc. This does limit your range of motion, especially if your trying to bend down at the waist also.Honestly I didn't notice any improvement pain relief wise, if anything because of how it forces your posture this can actually cause the sensation of pressure especially on the middle and lower back, if you do wear it for long periods of time there can be some mild pain but overall it's just really a feeling of pressure consistently.Honestly if you're going to use this, it's best used as an assistant tool to help break a better sweat then it is to a solution especially if you're wanting to lose weight or tone up your stomach and waist line. It's definitely better when paired with a solid workout routine otherwise it just really makes you sweat on it's own.

OMG this has to be the BEST waist trainer that I’ve ever bought.!! I have an apron and this baby snatches it all up & gives me the hourglass shape. It was easy to put on, very comfortable, & true to size (I purchased a large). This waist trainer was definitely worth it.

Alright ladies!! If you are looking for a cheap easy waist trainer this is the one for you! Great back support, coverage and stability. Has more than one strap so the tightness feels excellent highly recommend this one

This is my first waist trainer purchase and it’s very satisfying. I got a large based off reviews saying the item ran small but I think I would’ve been much happier with a medium. It’s perfect on my upper gut but I was hoping for more compression on my lower as well. If you already have a small waist and are kind of just toning everything like I’m doing, you should get your normal shirt size.

If you ladies are looking for an affordable, quality product, this is it. I have purchased several trainers and none of them compair to this product. It's adjustable for those bloted, blah days, and highly adjustable for workouts or day to day use. My waist measured at 33" and I purchased a large, so it does have good stretch. I'm also 5'9" so it's perfect for the tall girls. I had 3 kids and still have some loose skin on my lower abdominal area, but this trainer is absolutely perfect for me. Hope this helps some of you with your purchase.

Good price and the quality is good

So I usually fit a xl or a 2xl depending. I looked at the sizing chart and I determined that I needed a 3xl which seemed big to me..... it doesn't fit its so small. I was hopeful as everyone else seemed to say it fit bigger but no this is so small and tight. My lil sister who's about a med or large couldn't fit in it.

I got a size large, to wear the waist trainer I had to slip it over my head; and maneuver it down to my waist. It fits very well, however I can not wear it the intended/ traditional way of putting on a waist trainer. Size up if you want to wear it the traditional way.

Little bulky for under the clothes if your wearing tight clothing. But great quality and fits goodUse over clothes at the gym or for cardio. This will not be suitable for under a dress and for sleek waist lines. Great for gym use
