wrong battery for the alienware 15 R3
first thing as i found out is dell has a hardware ID chip in thier batteries thier laptops look for if it not found the lap top bios will state the battery is not recognized and cannot be charged. this prevent you from using 3rd paty batteries in thier laptops. and dell does manufacture or make batteried for these older laptops any longer. secondly the battery specs are wrong for the alienware 15 R15 the original OEM batteries are 68wh and 15.2v. these batteries sold are 99wh which isn't a deal as it will just last longer. but the baatter is only 11.2v which is a huge deal!!! as it does nor supply enoough voltage to even run the laptop at fun speed if at all let own if you switch it to ingnore the integrated gu and run the discreate nvidia gtx gpu. these batteries do not out the correct voltage too run the alien ware laptops they are for especially the one with the intel I7 cpu's

Just in time!
This arrived just in time as the original laptop battery had started overheating and expanding. This new battery had the exact specs as original. Once old battery was out (that was the harder part), new battery was easy to install.

It fits, but does it really?
The battery fit perfectly in the laptop, problem is a question of capacity. Runing nothing but a chrome window the battery will drain from full charge in less than 45 minutes. Running Adobe Illustrator that will quickly go down to 20 minutes. Not acceptable. If this was a true replacement for the part, we would be looking at closer tot he 3 hours on the Manuf original part.After only 3 weeks of use, the battery is only charging to 70% so, there is definetly bigger issues here. Dont bother with this part or you'll end up wasting money without option to refund when the problems happen.

Error, Error
This was said to be compatible for 44T2R, which is the battery of my Alienware. It is not.At first, it worked - for the first night. I got home from work today, turned on my pc only to have the white screen of errors come up, telling me the battery could not be identified and therefore could not be charged. I looked at the battery icon after logging in and it looked to be charging. I unplugged the charger and the 100% fully charged battery immediately jumped down to 83% before crashing my pc and causing it to die. My computer keeps turning off every few minutes and says no battery is installed. I am returning this product. Hopefully it does no lasting damage. This will be the last time I ever buy a non-genuine battery. Now to wait another week...grrr...

Only work for 2 months. Now its capacity drops by half.
I bought this ANTIEE 99Wh 9NJM1 battery from Amazon. Installation was easy since I replaced this battery few years ago. This battery worked fine for a month. After two months, the battery capacity dropped by half. I already tried to reset the battery meter in different ways. The battery no longer reached fully charged and the meter stuck at 47%. Power cycle few times. Same. I think something is wrong with the battery. Buyers beware.
