Pool Products Pool Shock 6x1 lb.

I've bought so many pool shocks on Amazon that just don't work at all. HTH, Clorox, In the swim, I forget all I have tried. One I even put all 6 pounds in with no results...This product actually works!Cleared up my yellowish stained walls. Cleared up my water amazing, and brought my chlorine levels up from zero with only 2lbs. I plan to add 1 bag a week, or perhaps 2. At this good of a price, combine this shock and my robot pool vaccum and there is NO need for a pool guy!

Works great, no harsh feel or smell of chemicals in the water. Leaves pool crystal clear with weekly use.

Takes about an hour to disolve. Be sure to sweep particles every few minutes to keep it from bleaching pool plaster. One pound raised chlorine level 1ppm in 20,000 galon pool. Cheapest shock available. Works great just like sodium hypochlorate. Takes a while for mfg to ship, so order early.

When Chlorine cost more the gold its nice to find a brand that's affordable.I did just notice they have a low percent of trochlor

I have a small peebletech style pool in AZ. During monsoon season, areas of alge will form where the pool cleaner does not cycle after a storm. Alge will also form on the walls, steps and corners as well. It looks like a stain and no amount of scrubbing helps. Some of these stains have been there for more than a week.Today I used a 1 lb bag if this shock. Spread in evenly and let it sit. I noticed it desovled almost immediately. In one hours time all the age is gone and pool looks good as new. Very satisfied with this product so far! Hope this review helps.

Works great. Keeps pool water clean and clear. I have inground 30k gallons salt pool. I am using only 1lb every 7-10 days depends on the weather. Great product and affordable, only $4 per pound.

This shock is cheaper than any other I’ve found, but it is very fine and easily gets into the air. I wore a mask after using it for the first time and getting it up my nose. My nose burned and was swollen. The second time I used it while wearing a mask and I still had to hold my breath because it was burning my nose.
