Easy to read and implement!
I just receive this educational book. It is a great complement to my Healy. I am looking forward to improving my cellular health.

Not for the realist inclined
I got this book in hopes of learning some practical knowledge to improve my health. This book speaks of frequencies to improve health. I don't think it practical to find a frequency to expose myself to. I depend on what I eat and what I do. I found the last one or two chapters were actually useful.If you want to follow new age information without question; this book is for you. If you want to learn something more scientific and concrete; choose another.

This books precisely highlights the importance of Cellular Health and how to achieve it!
