PYUNKANG YUL Essence Toner 100ml (3.4fl.oz)

During lockdown, I've decided to try and get something in my life in check that's been problematic since I was a teenager - a proper skincare routine. I've never understood my own skin - I have dry, flakey patches that almost always have spots on them, as well as redness and quite sensitive skin which doesn't bode well with heavily fragranced products or strong acids. At 25, I've also noticed fine lines starting to appear on my forehead which is not ideal. I've never known if I have a dry, oily, combination, or dehydrated skin type, so I thought PKY would be a great place to start considering the short ingredient list and as a newbie to Korean skincare.And honestly, I noticed results after only a few days using this toner. My skin feels plump, soft, and hydrated for the first time ever. I apply using the 7 skin method (although I only apply 2-3 layers as it feels sufficient enough, and I don't want to waste any of this gorgeous product unnecessarily) I don't get dry patches anymore, and this combined with The Ordinary's Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1% work amazingly as a pair to keep my skin under control and are super gentle. I can't wait to see the progress over the coming months, and hopefully when life will return to normal I'll have glowing skin to show for it!

Firstly this is a superb little powerhouse of a toner. Non astringent rice based and is best applied by spotting a little on your cleaned hands after washing your face and gently massage it in. I've found it to be a wee bit sticky for up to a minute but it helps my moisturiser sink in and my skin texture is lovely. You can use a cotton pad and it does go a long way to take any remnants of make up or grime off. This bottle lasts about 4 months and it's a great under make up primer as it just helps the foundation just stick well. The whole pyunkang brand is an absolute gem. The onky thing I've marked it down on Is the price and purely ad you can buy it cheaper at the source. BUT the price difference is the convenience of it arriving in a few days not a few weeks. Plus point.....vegan/no animal testing of any kind including the ingredients. Ethical brand and a good product....perfect.

I am absolutely in love with this product. So much so I'm about to repurchase and I also bought my daughter it.I use this for the seven skins method every morning and evening. I usually use about 4 drops and between 2 and 5 layers. This bottle has lasted so much longer than i thought it would. It's so nice and lightweight but so hydrating. If I was going to be stuck on a deserted island, this would be a product I would love to have.The price of this is brilliant for what it is. I'd even pay more for it. Couldn't live without this.

I am very impressed with this toner. Since I have started using the korean skincare routine and incorporated this toner in it my skin health has improved so much. I used to have dry patches on my cheeks and my chin but after using this toner my skin feels soft and hydrated. It sinks into the skin so fast so it's a good toner to use in multiple skins method. Highly recommend

This is great! Ever since my skin decided to react to yet another skin care chemical (AHA), I had to move on from Corsx onto another great product. This toner has exceeded all of my expectations. It has left my skin loved, red free and breakout free! It is so gentle to the skin and does the job! I really recommend this if your skin is super sensitive and prone to breakouts.

I bought this product after reading good things about it on a beauty forum. Its somewhere between water and gel consistency. Goes on well. use after cleansing and before serums. Can be used for 7 skins method.My issue with this is I didnt notice that it was only 100ml and for the price it isnt cost effective. You can buy the 200ml for almost the same price elsewhere, which I have done since.

Love this, it's not water based has some amazing root extract as the base and ny skin loves it, I'd say this could fix a myriad of skin issues, i use as a part if the 7 skin and it's perfect for it!
