Amytalk 5Pack Canning Funnels, 2 for Wide and Regular Mouth Mason Jar Spices Cans, 3 for Filling Bottles, Stainless Steel with Handle

I give 3 stars because the product came promptly and is not poorly made, just poorly designed for the advertised purpose. The 3 jar filling funnels are great and work well for the purpose of filling small mouthed "apothecary" style jars.However the reason I bought this set was for the larger funnels to fill large and small mouth mason jars. Unfortunately whoever designed these funnels has obviously never canned anything and has no idea of the sizes of mason jar mouths. The smaller of the two, supposedly for small mouth mason jars, opening is 1&3/8". Small mouth mason jars are 2&3/8". If you're going to make a funnel for small mouth mason jars, why not make it the size that will just fit inside a small mouth mason jar?The same with the larger funnel, supposedly intended for large mouth mason jars. The funnel opening is 1&5/8" where a large mouth mason jar is 2&7/8". This is fine if you are canning produce that is cut into small pieces but won't work for whole say,,,,tomatoes.Additionally the slope of the sides of the funnels has a flat surface near the bottom requiring you to push the produce into the opening, which defeats the entire purpose of a funnel.If these opening sizes will work for you they are nicely made of a good gauge stainless steel and have a nice handle and rolled top edges. They are not correctly sized for mason jars however.

These were good quality, but the openings at the bottom of the funnels were much smaller on the canning funnels than expected. It was about half the size of most canning funnel openings. I had to return this item.

I was expecting 2 funnels to fit the two different sized mason jar openings, like the ad implies, for $18.99. What I received is chinese made crap that belongs in the 99c store.

You get a lot a lot of different sizes except the size I need. The 2nd largest is too big for spice size jars. The neck opening is almost the same size opening as the large one. And the 3rd id too narrow for some dried herbs I wish the 2nd largest had a 1” neck than it would be perfect. I’m deciding weather I want to keep it or not a lot of extra funnels I don’t really need at the moment I need a 1” than I can use it on all my jars. So I gave it 4stars

So far I like the way it is I hope it does not create rust which I doubt it will. Works perfect for pouring hot liquids as I use it when I make my chili sauces because I dont use plastic at all

It use to be an ordeal to empty my protein shakes from the blender to another glass to pour carefully into my container which is too small to pour quickly. This takes me 3 seconds to fill and easy enough to wash.

These are not heavy stainless, but not real lightweight either. I just got them and only time will tell how well they will hold up and have no rust issue. They seem good and I’m pleased with my purchase.

These funnels are of high quality and very strong. I needed one with a wide mouth so I can load freezer bags using a large ladle and not worry about spilling any food. Love them!
