A little disappointed
A little disappointed with the dirty marks on a page, I have taken pictures before even opening. Just incase... These come in a completely sealed bag not a bag that can be opened and closed, which means the dirt is from the manufacturer and not transit.I only hope now that it is only on 1 piece and that I can rub off whatever marks are on this...Usually a very good product though and will be returning again. Unlucky batch maybe 🤷♂️

Pearl grey is very pale.
Good quality , textured paper – seems thin but is fairly strong for drawing .Would have given it 5 stars but the colour is way out from the photograph . I bought pearl grey ( a colour I buy in a different brand but the picture looked similar – a medium tone neutral grey ) . The actual colour is a very pale grey tending towards buff, pretty well off white/cream level of brightness. It is too pale to use with Pastel (what I bought it for) but would be fine with Charcoal , fortunately I run art workshops so will have a use for it later!

Wonderful paper!
This was my first time trying this paper and I used it to handbind my first sketchbook to use for gouache painting. The paper is a pleasant sand colour and nice and thick - more like card. I've also tried with my dip pen, expecting to get a horrible scratchiness, but it's actually not that bad, though technical pens would of course be better.Really happy with it - will be buying again once my nature journal is full up.

Very good quality, holds oil pastels well
Used for my oil pastels (I use the DOMS set of 50 colours), definitely the best paper yet. Love having the choice of a rougher or a smoother texture on either side of the paper. Both sides work very well, nice quality paper, quite strong and not super easy to rip it either. Blending works well.

Pearl Grey is extremely pale (almost white)
Delivery was fine. Disappointing that "Pearl Grey" is such a pale colour, almost off-white, pictures suggest that it is a darker shade. Suggest that you scan each tone of your papers so as customers can judge accurately on screen. (Digital photo's you are using are effected by light conditions and are not a good representation of the exact paper colour).Paper is still useable and will keep it, just have to order darker paper again.

Heavy duty paper . Very light in colour.
Nice paper. A bit smooth for pastel work.I thought it looked pale grey in the pics. When it arrived, it was more like an off white.Too light for my purpose, but I've kept it for othe use.

This paper accepts willow charcoal and charcoal sticks really well ...
This paper accepts willow charcoal and charcoal sticks really well but I haven't used it for anything else yet. Each sheet has a very textured and a smoother side enabling different results. It seems to be quite hard wearing as I have erased frequently without a problem.
