Works well
Had a failure initially but LNL replaced the base and after some work getting it set up the printer is working very well. I found the instructions somewhat vague but finally got both extruders aligned and printing two colors. Still working on two color designs in Sketch Up and Cura slicer but making progress. Support from LNL has been slow at times but acceptable.

Great Support Here! You just own junk without great support behind you.
All products eventually have a problem so it all boils down to support in the end. These particular people work very hard to get your issue resolved quick and these days that's a big deal!Fyi, I recently returned 2 other printers to competing companies because support was inconsistent or missing entirely. Give these guys a chance. Good luck.

ok printer but customer service lacks
less than one month into ownership i had to replace both hotends due to screws stripping out or overheating issues. less than 6 months in and both extruders are wearing out, ive had to replace the number two hotend several times (it melts bowden tubes within an hour at 198c where as number one hotend lasts for 70ish hours before melting) and their customer service has only responded one time to acknowledge that the ev2 hotend does not fit this machine even though they recommend it as a replacement part. all motherboard/power supply fans started to groan and grind within a month as well, and the printed upgrades they added are all breaking down. i bought this jan 11 2023 and by march all of these negatives have occurred.the print head that works works great. ive made some wonderful prints. the dual color option was great in the beginning. the customer service through their website seems as though it doesnt get checked.not very satisfied overall and probably will not buy from them again.

Low quality printer
This TL-D3 pro printer is made from very low quality parts.Heater block on left side is aluminum, right side is brass. The power supply fan is buzzing very loud.Filament sensor falsely detected filament runout, wasting 20+ hour print.Prints very slowly, about 1/3 the speed of a cheap folgertech I3 clone printer. In less than 30 hours of use the left side (E1) has quit heating. There is no power going to the hot end, most likely a burned out mosfet on the motherboard. The hot ends are teflon lined, not all metal as I had hoped.Nowhere does it say if they are all metal or not, the temperature range would suggest they are all metal. The right side (E2) clogged due to the teflon liner distorting at just 220C.I have emailed the Mfg. several times but like the other reviews they NEVER answer.I sent questions about this printer before I bought it, still no answer 3 weeks later.I would not recommend this printer..

LNL 3d
The LNL 3d team based in California has been outstanding. I ordered my printer off Amazon and apparently it was not thru LNL. There were things missing out of the box. LNL 3d said they would take care of it. This is customer service at its finest.

Still not fixed
My 2nd printhead E2 is down. If I plug in its electrical connections, the machine will not power up. If I plug it up and hold the power button down for several seconds, it will power up, but never stop heating. This is without setting the heat on it. Eventually it gets so hot it turns off again. I switched the cable from E1 and it still heats on it's own. Been emailing tech support for like a month. I don't think they are very concerned. Takes a long time and several attempts to get a response, and then you can't decipher it. I'm gonna use it til E1 dies then find another company.

Great IDEX printer. Excellent support !
Easy to assemble and sturdily built machine. Had a couple of hiccups getting up and running but after some truly excellent support from LNL, I was printing dual color models in less than two days. I make toys and figurines for children's charities and I lovethe versatility that comes comes with an IDEX printer. So far, so good and I'm very satisfied with my purchase.
