Great tool!
I had a software issue that is easily resolved by tech support. Email them. They were fast, friendly and able to resolve my issue. Keep in mind-The web cam has to be disabled.The software has to be added in your antivirus software.Once that is done you have a nice wellness tool 😁

never worked quite right.
Everytime I installed the software I always a message there is a virus and it doesnot work. I could have been working today in this business but because I didnot have proper equipment I lost several jobs that was offered to me. I need this to work for me.

It could have been nice if it worked
The device looked really nice but I had to send it back. I ordered three different devices but have the same problem. The software runs Windows Vista in Windows XP which Microsoft no longer supports. It would not work with my windows 10. I really needed this for my acupuncture practice so it's pretty disappointed.

Dislike the software
The camera it is ok.. but the software it’s a big no no no.. Had one in the past way better.. it is not worth it $400 dls😒want to return it.

I reinstalled the program many different ways...
I reinstalled the program many different ways and connected dongle usb and the camera on the pc all the time. When I run the program then pop up message coming about 1minut later say "No camera, please connect the camera devise" and if I click OK then nothing shown up, That's it. I also replacing the camera's usb cable, but the situation is the same. I think the camera is defective. Can you exchange it please?Thank you.

Répond très bien à ce que je m’attendais
Je l’utilise principalement pour l’iridologie et il est bien complet. Un peu d’adaptation à faire avec le programme mais quand même très bien!Belle qualité de photos par contre le zoom sur les photos ne fonctionne absolument pas les pixel ne sont pas bonne pour agrandissement dans le programme.
