The media could not be loaded.  The tip is very easy to install (minutes). It looks nice and appears to have a durable finish, time will tell, as it is installed directly behind the rear drive wheels. I've had it on for a week, but only on dry streets, I'll post updates if kicked up debris starts tearing up the finish.As to sound, I have read lots of questions for this product regarding sound. As with any tip, I don't expect it to really do anything in regards to exhaust note or volume. What it does do is similar to what happens when you cut out the bottom of a paper cup and hold it up to your mouth and speak. So it does project outward a tad, but only in regards to existing note and volume, if you want more you need to look at an exhaust upgrade. I did include video of starting engine with engine sound going to how exhaust tip sounds, it is a little different, but as described above, I wish I had recorded a before video, and I just don't feel like taking it off now.I uploaded a QuickTime video, so I hope it works.I would buy this again if had a do over.I hope this helps in your buying decision.

Just so you all know, it fit perfectly on my 2022 Colorado Crew Cab Short Box w/V6 engine. Very nice product...go for it.

This DOES NOT fit a 2016 Tacoma muffler. Which Amazon told me but it said universal so I figured it would work. My bad. Cranked it down with a socket until the nut wouldn't budge and was still able to pull it right off with my bare hand. Also, the box it arrived in was a Go Rhino box that was all beat up inside of an Amazon box Then the part itself was all scuffed up at the base like someone had already done what I just did, try to fit it on a muffler it didn't fit on, then returned it. 3 stars I guess because it's technically my fault for trying plus had it been new and fit, it is a really nice looking exhaust tip.

Well designed exhaust tip. Had a couple of scuff marks, and I had to really crank down on the bolt on the ring to keep it from rattling. After putting enough torque on it, it was solid. Seems to be holding up well with no rock chips after about 2,000 miles on rocky surfaces with aggressive tires sitting right in front of it

Put it over the existing pipe end, using a 15MM deep socket, adapter and a powered drill to tighten it up. It looks great and if I do encounter impact pits from stones or the PA winter - no problem, a little red scotch-brite and hi temp black spray bomb will fix it right up!

This fit my 2017 5.3 liter Silverado's stock 2.75" OD pipe perfectly. Was packaged well and not blemished like other reviews had said. You do have to crank down on the 15mm nut to get it tight. For the price, if the finish starts looking bad I'll just buy another one. Should have come like this from the factory. No modification of the factory pipe necessary.

Bought this for my heavly moded 2002 tdi jetta, can't get over how it sounds on start up and while driving. Gives it a much more pronouced ready to race sound nice deep tone while cruising. Before it was just a straight pipe nothing special now it sounds like a baby duramax at idle and baby cummins while driving love it! I recommend these tips to anyone not looking to pay 100$ plus on just an exhaust tip, have a pair on my 14 ram for 2 years now and there holding up great no rust, no rock chips and im surrounded by tons of salt. fast shipping 10 stars

Nice looking exhaust tip good price ,fits perfect on 2.75 pipe installed on 2016 gmc sierra..if the powder coat dont hold up then i'll just strip it all off and have stainless tip 😁

I've attached a picture of mine after about 6 months of use. The coating is peeling right off! Obviously this is undesirable. Made the truck sound slightly throatier though. Definitely would not recommend for anyone who drives outside.

the black coating chipped and fell off, to get a new one from the company it is $60 shipping, it is cheaper to just buy another one from amazon, i would buy a different brand for sure, pure junk coating!!!!!!
