Having been a big follower of Mpow's bluetooth headphones since the Wolverine series, I knew that these would be nothing less than great; and I've not been wrong.The over ear hooks are comfortable and don't interfere with glasses, and are great for running and cycling (I have a problem with standard earphones falling out whilst I'm doing anything more than walking). The complete wireless nature also doesn't interfere with wearing a face mask, which is my biggest issue with the original Flame series.The audio quality is great too. I listen to podcasts with them, rock/metal, classical and rap and I've not had any audio issues; bass is great but it doesn't lose out on timbre either. In short, they sound great.The touch controls take some getting used to, but once you do using buttons feels archaic. The auto pair once the case is open is great, and I've not had an issue with the case opening whilst it's in my bag when not in use (it uses magnets!).I've not tested the battery life extensively, but the light indicators on the case and ear pieces are intuitive and ear pieces work great.In short, if you're after a new set of ear phones for working out, or even just being out, you won't be disappointed by the Flame Lites.

I've been using the MPOW Flame for many years for workouts, cycling, running, hiking and it's been great.I was pleased and excited to get the new MPOW Flame lite.It's affordable, it offers latest technology rather than forking out over £100 on big brands. I love it as it comes in a charging dock and after you have paired it with your phone it automatically connects to your phone. It's very light on the ear and a snug fit! When I do my workouts or runs ot stays on snugly and does not move. The case/charging dock is super slick, and easy to carry and also acts as a protective case. It uses the type c latest cables to charge.Here are the pros:-Affordable and 2 years warranty if your register.-Great protective case that is the charging dock too.-Very light, slick and fits securely & snugly on your ear and does not move even when I run, barely can tell they're on when running. The material is nicely contoured, smooth and pleasant to touch-High IPX7 waterproof (perfect for my kayak use, cycling and running in wet conditions (yet to try it out)-Both earbuds have their own mics so you can use for talking individually or together.-The best feature! The controls are all touch control which is perfect! Very effective and responsive. You can skip tracks, pause, volume control with ease.-30 hours playtime!-Magnetic pin to charge, connects with ease.-No hassle with wires as it's totally wireless unlike my MPOW Flame has a wire connected to both ear piece.-Charging time is very quick.Cons:Overall, I absolutely love this product but I personally have two issues with it.-The emphasis on the sound quality is too much towards treble and lacks bass So, when I'm out cycling, walking, running the bass normally helps drown out external sounds and helps you enjoy certain tracks which is bass heavy.- It doesn't have a noise isolation function so when I'm outdoors where it is noisy it's hard to hear the sounds. I was talking to my friend and he couldn't hear me so I switched to my MPOW Flame S and it was better. My MPOW Flame S is brilliant because it works effectively as a mic and a strong bass that drowns out external sound.It's all down to personal preference at the end. I do love this product but those are my two issues otherwise it would get a 5* anyday. MPOW, I love your products, your customer service is the best, I love this product but please make these two adjustments and I'll be happier!

Looks really slick compared to Air Pods. Bass quality is good for the price. Trebles are lacking a bit compared to the original Mpow flame but bass is notably better.The controls are very intuitive and forcible in using each ear bud versus other headphones that you do everything with a single button. Allows lefties to feel catered to for once!I love the case! It looks and feels very premium. USB 3 charging is a very nice touch. I'll be moving on from my Mpow flame for running and around the house (bonus points for no cable for the baby to grab on to!). Will keep using my Bose for listening to music, at home when not doing childcare, or if I'm walking out and about leisurely.
