Just as the title says. Not very good size choices.

If you can afford to, buy other products as this felt bulky, blocking and looks like you have to miniature coffee cups sticking out of your nose.

Not as advertised
These retainers are not the ones displayed. They are solid plastic (not in rings like the photo suggests) which means the skin underneath the r retainer cannot breathe and you will be waking up to a nose that smells sweaty and horrid.
