Extremely easy to swallow

these tablets are good

I saw so many people rate it down because they're convinced there aren't 100 tablets inside that I actually counted it. Yes, I definitely do have way too much free time... It is annoying that it's in such a big bottle when the pills take up such a small space, but as far as I know it's cos there are bits of info they have to display on the bottle by law, and I guess it wouldn't fit if the bottle was smaller.

Ordered 2 of these unfortunately the seal under the cap had been broken and so had to return them as not safe to consume given it been opened by someone else.

When it came the bottle wasn't even half full. Felt like a waste of packaging, but it was advertised as having 100 tablets and I don't know if it was or not, wasn't going to count, but they're tiny tablets and didn't need such a large pot for the quantity. Have been taking them fairly consistently for almost a week now and I've found I'm now much less sleepy during the day which is the reason I brought them, so overall I'm happy with them.

I thought I was re-ordering the product shown above but when it came it is not Vit D3 but just Vit D. I am not sure what the difference is but I was expecting the one as illustrated so I am disappointed that there was no information about the change offered.

As an older person I received 4 months supply of Vit D tablets free. They were this dose so that's what I'm now buying. Other people I know are taking large doses, so I think it's worth asking your GP or doing some research about what the optimum dose is for you.

I started taking these because I reckoned I was probably deficient in Vitamin D. (I don't get out in the sun much.) Then there was a story in the news about how vitamin D helps with COVID if you're unlucky enough to get it. Anyway, the very itchy rash I had on my calf for 6 months or more seems to have almost cleared up since I started taking these. Not sure if it's coincidence but I'll take it.
