I just used the injector to inject a brisket, it worked flawlessly, very sturdy and surprisingly well made. I give this injector a 4 star rating only because the package arrived opened on both ends ind in the manufacture box, not in a shipping blister envelope, luckily it seems everything was in the package. There were other injectors that were more $$$ and looked cool. THIS ONE works just great. This is my first shot at using one and I've really enjoyed it. I inject my marinade and juices into things I'm putting in my Traeger smoker. GREAT addition to my STUFF!
