Starling Games Everdell: Collector's Bundle: Core Game + Pearlbrook

Beautiful artwork and amazing component designs. They offer visual and tactile pleasure. My daughter and I enjoy the cute little squishy rubber berries especially. This Everdell collector’s edition base game + Pearlbrook collector’s edition expansion package is awesome; it enhances the awesome game that it is already all the more with metal coins, additional cards, glass pearls, additional meeples, etc. With so many cards and well designed play rules, there are many different decision paths and replay-ability is great. I highly recommend Everdell for a family with young children. It’s well worth the price.Additional comment on the Pearlbrook expansion. The retail edition seems to lack too many things for the price. The collector’s edition (which this package includes) is definitely a better choice.

I've received the collector's edition (base + pearlbrook) with print issues. The game board has black spots, the metal coins have some parts without gold painting and the open sign has a big scar on it. In my opinion, these issues should not happen because this is a collectors edition and the price is not cheap.

Great concept and playability. Easy to learn. Beautiful artwork. A lot of thought has gone into this game and it's good for gamers and non-gamers alike.Highly recommended. Our preference is to play base game with Spirecrest expansion. Definitely go for the Collectors Edition of Spirecrest!

If you are new to the game as we were, please read the set up before shuffling decks! You have to separate a lot of cards! And remember there are two rule books, one for original content and one for expansions and legendary cards, they act differently.That being said we loved the game, it’s beautiful and so much fun to play! I went back and bought the other expansions as soon as I’d played it, recommended for any animal lovers or people who appreciate beautiful games!

This is an awesome game, and it's well worth paying a little extra for the collectors editions with all the extras. Great family game - complicated enough for the adults, but so much fun to play that kids will get into it easily also. Good as 2 player or more.
