Satisfactory but has some flaws
Confession: I don’t have an instant pot but I do have an off brand electronic pressure cooker (because I’m cheap😂). I also want an Airfryer but since I don’t want to spend that much money, I was excited to find out that I can just turn my pressure cooker into an air fryer. So because of the same line of thinking, and because I’m not sure whether I can use the instant pot air fryer lid, I got this one.I’m somewhat happy with this. First impression is good. It’s well packaged and comes with a steamer rack and a fryer basket additional to the lid. There’s also a nice mini recipe but I tend to not read those and just go to the internet for recipe. The lid itself seems to be of very good quality and has a matte feeling to it. It has two dials but no digital screen. At the beginning, I tried to lock it into my pressure cooker but quickly realize that that’s not how you are supposed to use it - you just need to cover the pot; that’s it - no locking needed. Basically, it’s a toaster oven heater on top of your pressure cooking and using the pressure cooking as the “oven”.Now the cooking. It’s satisfactory. Because there’s no digital screen, the warming up can be a bit messy... I never know how long it would take to warm up to a certain degree so I have to overdial the timer in order to add the warming up time. And if I happen to overdial too much, there’s no way for me to turn it back down for the timer... so if the cooking is done, I just have to lift it to stop it and let the timer run out on its own without heat to completely have it off. Not a big deal... just waiting.I’ve used this to cook sweet potato fries and some popcorn chicken. I realize that with these, if I’m following a recipe for traditional Airfryer, I’d need generally need to cook them a bit longer than the recipe. I’m not sure whether this is the same across but it’s my experience based on my limited cooking with it. During the cooking, sometimes the heat up light does light up... I’m not sure whether that impacts the cooking at all. While cooking, because it’s new from the box, it does have a bit of a plastic smell. But it gets better a bit later. The result is good. I get to have some healthy fries and chicken. But I did spend some time to figure things out.I really don’t like how it doesn’t have any electronic screen for control. I thought it was not a big deal but now I’m realizing how this makes things a bit harder...So overall, I’m okay with this product. Does what it’s supposed to do any because I don’t expect to use the Airfryer too much, I think it’s okay. But if you are going to “air fry” things a lot, I’d suggest an Airfryer for real or an oven toaster, the smaller and powerful kind.

Compact and delicious food from this air fryer lic
I own 3 instant pot pressure cookers and had been looking for air fryer. I kinda debate to get air fryer since it gonna take a lot of space in my kitchen. I didn’t know about the instant pot air fryer lid before until now. It was amazing. I can use my instant pot and just have extra air frier lid. This air fryer lid is compact so it doesn’t take up space in my kitchen at all. The lid was fit perfectly on my 6 quart instant pot. It’s very easy to use with clearly button for temperature and timer. I followed the burger recipe in the recipe book. The meat came out delicious, juicy and medium-done as I want for my burger. I also tried to fry salmon with a bit oil spray on the skin. The skin was crunchy and the meat was still moist, not dry as I thought initially.Another awesome thing about this air fryer lid is when you cook bacon. OMG, I usually had to clean my Owen when I used Owen for cooking bacon. And it took forever, but this air fryer lid, all the fat came down to the bottle of the pot. I only need to take it out and clean it. It’s super convenient and fast. I don’t need to spend my whole morning to clean my Owen after each time making bacon. The air flyer lid is Also come with the fry basket so it’s every convenient. I don’t need to buy extra basket.Cons: the air fry basket is kinda narrow and not deep enough for big meal or whole chicken.Overall, I’m very happy with this air fryer lid. It’s compact so safe a lot of space for my kitchen. The temperature is right, the food came out delicious and juicy.

My new bff kitchen gadget
This is an amazing appliance. I purchased it to use out at our beach home along with the instapot- two appliances in one. I have done steaks, sausauges, and hamburgers and very impressed with the way they all turned out. The one thing I didnt care for was using the mesh basket for cooking the hamburgers in- was difficult getting the residue out of the mesh. Well worth the money and Highly recommend. This fits Instant Pot 6 Qt Pressure Cooker, 6 Qt Mealthy Pressure Cooker, 6 Qt Yedi Pressure Cooker - if you dont have one of these brands- it most likely won't fit.

It absoluetly doesn't work with Crockpot
Doesn't matter if your digital cooker is 6 Quartz, if it is not instant pot, it won't work. The worst part is they don't even mention it and commits otherwise! Disapproved!

Works with an InstaPot Duo SV60!
Simple and straightforward! This Sousvide Art lid works with my Instapot Duo SV60 unlike the INSTAPOT Airfryer Lid! (which is stated in the fine print!) And based on some of the Instapot reviews-I didn't want to take the risk!Directions were easy - only two dial knobs - one for temperature and one for timer. Only con-could not see the indicator arrow on the knob for the timer - which can be remedied with a white sharpie to mark the tip.First item I made was breaded tilapia which took less than 15 minutes to cook! - no mess, no grease!Cleaning was easy - airflow was quieter than a standalone fryer. Includes a recipe book that shows the wide variety of dishes that are possible! Looking forward to using it as much as I use my pressure cooker - and without another big pot on the counter!

Easy to use
Easy to use with my 6qt instant pot. Plug it in, set the temperature and time. The timer will go ding and the machine will shut off once the timer is off. The foods that I cooked turned out crispy.

Did not fit my Cuisinart instant pot
Did not fit my Cuisinart instant pot. Instructions said to line up with the tabs on my instant pot but there were no tabs on the Fryer Lid and it did not fit tight at all. NOTE: there's a 15-20% restocking fee even if it doesn't work.
