Great Tent and Customer Service
I bought this tent for my annual Buffalo Bills football party. I had never put one up before. It took me a few hours by myself with a little help from my wife. The directions were excellent and no problems. It rained heavy on the day of the party. Go figure. But there were no leaks!!! The tent held up perfectly. At one point we had 30 football fans (Buffalo Bills of course) in the tent. Everyone commented on how nice it was.I did notice one problem however that was solved immediately by the company. The sides and end walls had no grommets on the bottom of each. I was surprised. I called them and they responded immediately. I emailed them as well. Every email or call was answered. I sent some pictures and the service was second to none. Within a week we had all new sides and end walls with the grommets. Now that’s superior customer service!!Don’t hesitate to buy from this company. I bought the 20x20 tent and I’m glad I did.

Missing Parts
The tent is missing the support brackets and I can't get a response from the company to get the brackets. Tent was already assembled before we knew the parts were missing. Now snow has arrived and we are concerned that the carport may collapse. We simply want the support brackets shipped to us.

Actually a heavy duty structure
This does take 2 to 4 people to assemble and takes an hour or two. Its a very sturdy metal frame with metal connections. There are pieces of pipe along the ground that can be held in place with U pins. I had this set up for 4 days of Memorial Day weekend, we had sun, rain, and wind and the structure didn't budge. It wasn't until Sunday that I realized the person that was supposed to do the guy lines never tightened them so it was just the U pins and weight holding it in place. The next two events for this tent will be a long mild weekend in September and then will be used for a winter camping event in West Virginia in Feb. I will update if it has any issues but so far I'm very happy with this purchase.

Not an easy tent to assemble! Looks real good once it finally is!
We purchased this tent to hold a backyard party celebrating our marriage last March with friends and family. We figured it would be better to buy the tent rather than renting. We entertain often and figured after two uses it would equate to having rented a tent on two occasions. The tent arrived on time, in a total of three boxes that were in good shape when delivered. No parts were missing. All was good until I tried to set it up. The ordeal took about 7 hours in total to erect the tent. The process took so long because the instructions, to say it plainly, sucked. Even though the instructions had pictured diagrams, they were not clear in any way, which caused a lot of do-overs as the tent was being assembled. The tent has cross support bars that are an excellent idea to ensure the stability of the tent, however, we could not use them because the pre-drilled holes did not match up. I was able to first install them, but once the rest of the frame was assembled, the cross bars had to be removed because the angle they caused the frame to take were too much for the tent covering to fit the frame. After several attempts of getting everything to fit in harmony, I realized the pre-drilled holes were the problem.Another key point I’d like to share is this tent has to be on absolute level ground else the tent covering will not cooperate with you. I have yet to see a backyard that is actually level in all areas so this will most likely be a common problem for most. Have some small pieces of scrap wood handy to help you level the horizontal portions of the frame.A last disappointing experience was the lack in quality for the grommets attached to the tent covering. Any tension at all will cause these cheap things to rip from the covering. It’s simply a case of bad workmanship on the case of the manufacturer.Ultimately, with much sweat and aggravation, the tent went up and once fully assembled, looked quite beautiful. We received many positive comments on it from our guests and we can’t wait to use it again. I’ll be drilling proper holes in those cross members before setting it up again and hoping to attach some small ceiling fans on them to help keep the interior cool. My advice for anyone considering getting this tent is to 1) buy it, but 2) plan on a lot of extra time to get it set up. Sorry for not having a picture of the finished product. I was too exhausted 7+ hours later.By the way, disassembly only took me 4 hours, but that was with a lot of breaks in between.Updated Remarks - October 24, 2022: Since posting my initial review, a representative from Peaktop contacted me quickly and offered to replace the defective items. I shortly thereafter received four new cross-support bars via parcel service. I have yet to try them out, but I must report this company's customer service is better than most others I have dealt with in the past. Great to see a company stand behind its product. Thumbs Up for that!

Worked out perfect for our Birthday Party
I only gave the 4 stars because it did not come with instructions, easy to get a hold of the seller but they sent the wrong instructions initially, so when we were going through the parts list we thought they were missing some parts too! I was stressed since we had a week before the actual party and didn’t think the parts we needed would get there in time for the party. I had to spend more money to rent the same size tent since I didn’t think we would be able to assemble this particular tent on the day of the party. The second set of instructions they sent about a day or two later after I had to book the tent rental were the correct ones and all the parts were there. It worked out well sturdy enough for the Oregon rain and the kids got to play outside and stay dry!

Very sturdy...nice outdoor space
I’m an artist and I bought this tent to use as an outdoor studio. I’ve had it up in my backyard for a few weeks. It’s held up very well in some very heavy rains. No leaks...so far it’s handled the winds just fine. (I live in New Orleans, so of course I will have to disassemble if a big storm is on the way.) The windows in the side panels are nice for light/views. I like the zipper feature on the end panel (I opted to only install the back panel and leave the front open, because I’m moving large objects in and out frequently. It took about 4 hours to install with 2 people. 3 people would have made it easier. The directions are ok...I have to admit there were some small details I missed and had to go back later and adjust some things...I wanted to blame the directions for leaving something out, but when I went back to look, it was right there in the booklet. You just have to really slow down to make sure you don’t leave something out that will be important down the line in the assembly process.

It is great
Easy enough to setup and take down (takes a few hours) but we’ve used it twice in a year and still worth the money over renting.
