I’ve watched videos on how to use it and what massage to do. But didn’t expect much; Worst case scenario it will be a 5 relaxing minutes. But it works well and help to tighten your skin and define your jaw. And it’s definitely relaxing. I recommend this product. Good quality product.

Une bonne épaisseur et belle forme traditionnelle pour travailler.peut-être relavé facilement mais ce n'est pas du Jade à priori .Dommage pas de petit sac de transport qui serait tres utile selon moi.
