Good Customer services but can’t recommend this product!
I bough laptop which had serious power issues. Was showing no battery and couldn’t resolve the issue. But the customer services was amazing they resolve the issue within a couple of days and refund all money instantly . Can’t recommend because of time waste and unsatisfactory product.

Complete disappointment
It was very heavily used Laptop and had dead pixels on the screen. Also came with wrong charger and wasn't charging. Got a refund, but had to pay £17 to return the product. Never buy an used Laptop. Got a Ryzen7 laptop for the same price, brand new

Service and Support are the best.
This machine is by far the best laptop I have owned. It is super fast (rated top 10% by PCMatic). When it came it had the wrong (smaller) ssd. I contacted support and they immediately mailed me another one. Now it does more than I could have anticipated. The 16 Gb of ram is more than adequate for my non-gaming needs.
