The Advanced Puzzle Solver's Crossword Puzzle Book: Medium to Hard Difficulty

Challenging. Some are off shoots of traditional crosswords.

Harder than I expected. I've done all 3 of USA Today's crossword puzzle books and am able to finish them 75-95%. This book I was able to complete about 25% of the two puzzles I've already tried.

I bought this book for my dad who is a crossword lover. He loved it said its definitely has a lot to offer.

These puzzles are pretty bad. In virtually every puzzle, some answers don't make any sense, or they're off a letter, or they don't fit the clue, or there's something else wrong with them. Examples: "Source of the quote" is a clue, but there's no quote in the puzzle. "A United States bill worth 100 dollars" is a clue, but the answer isn't "cnote"; it's "cnotes". "Union member" is a clue, and the answer is "stae". I don't know if it's the construction or the editing, but I'm guessing it's both.

Really disappointed....(Sorry, but true) First puzzle book I've ordered that wasn't great....

Great Christmas present

Bought as a gift, really pleased with it.

Extremely thin book. Very poor value for money. Very disappointed. Feel like sending it back but really can't be bothered.

Dad loved it; has been doing crosswords for 40 yrs.
