A Fading Fire (The Elemental Warrior Book 2) Kindle Edition

This series and it's predecessor are both quite good but I don't leave reviews anymore since it requires that I use words and not just stars after the last update. Sorry I won't be leaving you anymore reviews author as I used to on every book but this series and the one before it are very good.

This was a different read as far as this series has been. Tolan has gained more control over the elementals and the Element. Enjoyed this book but got repetitive in spots.

I liked this book better than the first but still not a five star read even though I wanted it to be. There’s something lacking, not a deep enough connection to the characters. Too much repetition, the whole story could have been tightened up. Don’t get me wrong, DK Holmburg is one of my favorite authors! I guess I expected more depth.

Congratulations to D.K. Holmberg for this amazing series. It’s extremely hard to find such an interesting and exciting author who not only writes intelligently but also provides top rated plots, characters and excitement in the stories. I’m really looking forward to the next book.

This is such an echo outing series, after all of Tolens hard work and the dangers he had feared for all long has been destroyed. Tolen now has to enter the wayste and find a a way to stop the one behind it all. Excellent series! ;~)

In Tolan’s quest for understanding he fights battle after battle. With each battle comes more understanding. This last quest removed one threat and led to the discovery of another. Join me as we follow Tolan and his quests for knowledge.

Tolan has many challenges to face and almost loses himself. There are many things that face Tolan and his friend. Once I got into the story I had to finishAnd now go onto the next book.

This one finally got kicking...late, soo many fill chapters...which is desperately needed in some stories...oh well I do love this series. Not many mistakes until the last few chapters: missing small words...

Finally some of the mysteries are starting to unravel. Where will the story go next? Only one way to find out. Bring on the next book!

The story line is again very interesting. Tolan still over thinks everything but always wins in the end. A good read.

Not for English teachers, needs a proof reader or maybe not first language. Good story though,even if a little repetitive in places.

Another great book in a good story. Well written as always by this author I’d recommend this series to any who like a good story by a f great writer.

An amazing foray into an amazing story. The plot only gets more and more complex, but the author manages to deliver. Some parts are a bit hard to wrap your head around, but the author is really good at explaining it. I recommend this for anyone who likes books like magisterium.
