Inside is a slight fleece.. great joggers very toastie and comfortable

My pair of casual wear joggers were black and not stretchy, just the usual jogging pant material. I note from photo that the pair shown are different colour so could very well be different material....I suggest you check with supplier.

1XL is about size 18-20 UK, so I'd say 3XL is probably about 24-26 UK, at least. They're very big.
