Don’t last through the night
I tried to like these and will keep using them with how many I have but they come off while I’m sleeping. I have found two stuck to my boyfriend and one in my hair. The rest ended up on the floor or on me. I use face moisturizer before bed but have tried wiping the area off and it still didn’t help. They feel like you would expect a piece of tape on your mouth feels like. I feel like I got used to them pretty fast, just wish they would stay on.

Changed sleeping habits
I got this with the intention of focusing my breathing through my nose when sleeping. It works exactly as intended.I even started using this when I was super congested. Even with a stuffy nose I was able to breathe comfortably without feeling like I was drowning. The tape sticks fairly well. I would say it stays on 80% of the time. Sometimes I move around and it falls off and there has been occasions that I took it off in the middle of the night.I would recommend anyone to try mouth taping a couple nights. Pretty much eliminates a sore throat in the morning. Get a lot for a decent price too with this product.

Healthy Gums
I sleep better with the tape. I also hadMy 6 month dental cleaning. The hygienist couldn’t get over how healthy my gums were. The gaps between my gums and rootsClosed dramatically! The only thing I’ve done different is wear the mouth tape! Thank you!!!!

Pros and Cons
Pros:The large surface area of the adhesive keeps it secure which was helpful as a first time user.No scissors required - the he precut pieces mean you won’t need to keep a pair of scissors by your bed to cut pieces of tape.Cons:The small sheets the strips come on are difficult to keep track of and easy to lose. I was expecting a roll which would have been nicer.Sometimes the ends of the x shape will start to lose their stickiness causing it to feel itchy whenever my face moves. (Waiting until the last minute to put it on and not moving my mouth a lot helps this not to happen.)Conclusion:If you’ve never used mouth tape, this is a great product to start with because the strips are so secure. If you’re like me, it may take several months to sleep without taking it off in your sleep, but be consistent. It really is worth it once you get into the habit of it.

Useless. Complete waste of money. Buy something else.
Hubby and I both snore and last month I stumbled upon a video on YouTube that discussed "mouth taping". I couldn't imagine what that was all about so I took the few minutes to watch the video and decided we should try this to help both of us sleep better, wake up feeling refreshed.I initially ordered a different brand, sold here on Amazon (but I bought directly from that company) and they worked. Beautifully. However, we are seniors and live on a limited budget. The box of strips from the other company is 28 strips for $20 which is fine if you're not on a tight budget as we are.Since they worked for us...and they REALLY worked!...I thought I'd see if there might be something similar that might have more strips in the pack for a bit less money. Found these and thought I'd try them. How could they not be as effective if using the same type of tape albeit with a slightly different design? They arrived and I used the first one last night as did my husband. They didn't stay on so although they appear to be the same type of tape (a surgical type) this tape has little adhesion and they're very flimsy. Also, in my opinion, the way these are designed, they won't be as effective as a horizontal tape to go over the mouth. But let me just say, if you go on YouTube to find out more about mouth taping for those who snore, you'll find that the dentist who talks about this technique says you can use tape either vertically or horizontally. He uses a regular role of surgical tape which is what I'll be using in the future to keep the cost down. In fact, I went to the drugstore today to pick up one of hubby's prescriptions and bought some while I was there. Just regular 3M 1" transparent surgical tape and I'm sure it will be just as effective as the pricier box of tapes I bought because I tore off a small strip and put it on when I got home, let it sit there for a few minutes and then took it off. Easy-peasy, no pain! The 3M tape is sturdier but won't rip part of my lips off as did some of the non-transparent surgical tape I used when I first started taping. A note here: do NOT use a heavier type of surgical tape as it REALLY hurts when you take it off and the missing piece of skin on the lip(s) is definitely not a good look for anyone but especially a senior. Just trust me on this one.The other thing that really irritated the h*** out of me was that this company tries to bribe you into giving them a 5 star review. I won't say exactly what they do but bribing customers into potentially writing a good review just to get this "reward" seems to lack integrity to me. Don't know about the rest of you but I depend upon the truthfulness of the Amazon community members to HONESTLY write a review of a product before I buy it. I'm enormously grateful to the customers who do take the time to leave a real review and potentially help other members of Amazon make a good choice for any of the gazillion products for sale on Amazon. So, save your money, don't buy these. Get some 1" transparent surgical tape and when you do remove the tape do so s l o w l y and with a gentle touch.

This stopped my snoring so my partner could sleep.
I snore, and have mild sleep apnea. I sleep on a wedge, use nasal strips, am trying to lose weight, but I constantly disrupt my partner’s sleep, sometimes to the extent that he has to move to the couch.Last night I used this for the first time. As a life-long mouth breather, I was worried to try this, but we were at the end of our ropes. I had trouble getting comfortable enough to sleep and had insomnia, which is really usual for me, but in the morning my partner told me that I didn’t snore at all, and he got the best sleep he’s had in weeks!

They work perfectly
Just the right amount of stickiness. If I need to get a drink of water in the middle of the night, there’s enough “stick” to last until morning. Very clean to take off, no residue, and best of all….no snoring.

These are great - highly recommend
These are the best I have found. They stick well and are effective for sleeping at night. They are light weight and have enough sticking power without ripping your lips/skin off like other brands.

Garbage Product. Barely Sticks. They won't allow returns.
Don't buy this. Just use medical tape instead. This product barely sticks & falls off. They won't allow you to return it either. A total waste of money.

Doesn't stick as well if you have a bit of stubble.
The first night I tried it I was clean shaven and it worked great. The second night it worked fine with a one day beard growth. The third night it came off at some point. There is less adhesion than a more expensive brand I previously tried. I will try to install horizontally to see if it makes a difference. Once I go through these I may try surgical tape that I saw in other reviews.

Would not buy again
Product works alright, stays in place etc. But I found I wasted almost 50% of the product by having to throw it out because half if them wouldn't come off the packaging.... So in my opinion a bit of a rip off.
