Great for the price and for ships with extras.
This microphone is used with our AKG body pack. The pick up is a little hotter than the original. A simple gain reduction at the mixer or body pack and it's fixed. It has a good tolerance for wind and "p's". One off putting thing was that the click broke on its second use. The C arm that holds the mic on the clip broke. Fortunately, it ships with an extra one. We simply switched out and it's just like new. We've been using it about 3 times a week for an hour at a time with no issues. I will definitely buy again if needed. (We actually did buy two but the second one was lost in the mail- Amazon asks us to request a refund which we did and had no issues getting it)

Buzz/Hiss
This mic produces a buzz or a hiss, making it annoying for any meeting I am in. I teach classes over zoom now, and this was a replacement for my wireless mic. I've been told the buzz is so annoying It's better to be without the mic....so the money spent on this mic was wasted. You pay for what you get I guess.

Great mic, just wish the cord was a bit longer.
I had bought a Giecy portable voice amplifier a few weeks ago. It came with its own mic but I wanted something that I could clip on my mask instead of wearing it on my head for work.I bought this mic and it works great! The sound quality is pretty dang good, you're able to hear my voice clearly even through a mask. No problems so far and I've used it for about a week. The only thing I'd change is the cord length. Other than that it works!

No low end
I love these things except for one thing: there's no low end. I just did a comprehensive comparison with Zoom F1, Zoom F2, and Tascam DR-10L. Same result: No low end at all.A real shame. They're priced well, fit great, cheap enough to not worry about replacing them, thin enough wire to tape on. But... no low end. Super tinny. Very sad.

Decent, but very thin tone.
Purchased two of these. The build quality of this mic is above expectation for this price point, however the overall pickup of this mic is a lot quieter than the actual shure microphone. Averaging about 6 to 8 dB quieter so you really have to gain up. That’s the main reason for my review of only 3 stars. Also, the sound is very much lacking in the low end, I did not take away stars for this as this is a consumer product and not pro level. I know that they are aiming to give users good pre-eq’d audio without the need of post audio production. The frequency response chart shows that it has a flat pickup within the lower frequencies but it actually has a major cutoff at about 200hz and below. Like I said, for some people this is desirable... for me this was a negative. FOR AVERAGE CONSUMER: this is a great product and well worth checking out, the build quality is excellent.

Too quiet, hissing
Even pointed at my mouth, 6 inches a way, it's too quiet. The hissing is always there. I used it on a Panasonic DSLR and a Canon camcorder. I tried it direct to the cameras, and on both a Rode Go wireless and a Hotec wireless. Same results.

Works great.
Needed the microphone in a hurry. It was received in two days which was great. It works fine and has good sound quality. Had great difficulty getting the foam sleeve on the microphone. The sleeve was a tad too small. Thinking of buying another for a spare.Charles
