Best garden tool ever!
I was given a Trake many years ago as a gift and have loved it ever since. It is very sturdy and I use it almost daily during the growing season. I have given several as gifts to my gardening friends

Best garden trowel by far
I've owned many garden trowels through my 60+ years of vegetable, flower and shrub gardening but this is the best by far in terms of strength, durability and usefulness. Got my first of these trakes about 30 years ago and it is still with me. They just don't wear out. I've recently ordered several more as gifts for my gardening buddies.

A gardener friend told me this was his favorite tool. Now that I have one, I totally get it! I am never in the garden without it.

The tip needs to be strengthened
The first time I used it, the tip broke off. Thought it was me. *Then* I read the reviews and now know this is a common problem. It still works great, but I won't be buying another one or giving as a gift as I was going to for my gardening neighbor.

this is a great tool for digging weeds

My favorite
This is our 5th trake. It is great for all sorts of planting tasks and it works well in our clay soil. Eventually you push it too hard and it breaks. Then you get a sixth.

good tool with defect received
I like this Tool 'Trake' very much. However the instrument I was sent had a defective tip which broke the first day. I should have sent it back to have it replaced but I needed to get started on a large daffodil planting project. So I must continue using the broken tool
