Bought to replace a standard "on/off" switch in our kitchen as led lights can be a little harsh. Pleasantly surprised by the quality and ease of fitting. Instructions were clear enough, though I'd suggest taking a pic of the wiring of your old switch before disconnecting to avoid any issues. Went straight into the old fitting (narrow partition stud wall). I took the precaution of getting dimmable bulbs first (also from Amazon) to avoid flicker (none at all). Used to control a four bulb unit and works flawlessly from almost zero to full brightness. Some people have said the backlight isn't bright enough. Sure, not very bright during the day, but ample in darkness. These people must have struggled to find an ordinary, non-backlit switch or wouldn't be making these comments. Very happy with purchase, would definitely buy from them again, highly recommended.

Product was pretty easy to install and the instructions are OK. I used this dimmer for a chandelier with multiple LED lights, so I did not need the supplied LED adaptor as combined, it took the lights way past the minimum 4w power requirements for the dimmer to work properly.The hardest part to fitting the dimmer was pushing the faceplate onto the bracket. I honestly thought it was going to break whilst trying to click it into place, but it eventually clicked into place. This is why it got 4 instead of 5 stars on installation. May of just been me though.The Dimmer itself works well and looks cool and modern. It WILL take you a while to get used to how it works though. Being touch sensitive, it has a few quirks, such as if you long touch the sensor it will start to grow dimmer or brighter, but this is a learning curve, not a product fault as you must learn to just lightly and quickly touch the sensor for it to turn on at the previous "memorised" setting. You'll get used to it eventually.Overall, I like this switch and it looks and feels good quality.

Nice switch, but they don't last and sometimes flicker. One failed at 13 months, and the latest one at 1 month. No returns are allowed at 1 month, so beware! A bit fiddly to fit and you need a deep backbox for the transformer or whatever it is.

The media could not be loaded. 1 gang 1 way is a Great quality product. Well packaged. Easy to install. Just make sure you read the instructions and DON'T touch the switch pad until the glass panel is installed.The 1 gang 2 way was a nightmare. I bought two. The black section containing the terminals would not seat into the metal plate as per instructions nor if you reverse the plate. Sent those items back. No such hassle with the 1,gang 1 way kit.If your back box is less than 30mm depth use a "Spacer" Which are the 10mm clear plastic sections in the images. This means you don't need to chisel out and replace a back box less the 35mm in depth. The switch is all white in colour and 9mm depth.

The wiring required is so much different to the switch it was to replace and would have required an electrician to figure out how to connect it so I sent it back and got a like for like replacement

Really liked these they look good ,easy to useHad to ask a friend to help with the two two gang as electric is not my thing but the ingle one was easy

The media could not be loaded. Installeren heeft dan wel wat uurtjes geduurd, maar erg blij met het eindresultaat
