This flour is extraordanarily expensive at £18.49 for just ordinary flour. You can get the same quality flour in your local supermarket for 1 sixth of the price. Don't waste your money on this. I still regret buying this.

Makes really nice light whole meal bread in Panasonic bread maker. Their strong white bread flour is excellent too
