Amazon has sorted us out, and I have added another star thanks to some pretty epic customer support :)Love the colours, fun design, very speedy delivery from Europe! sadly not able to test it out, as having to return due to one of the cups being smashed on arrival. Currently trying to deal with Amazon’s nightmare of an automated system to figure what to do to organise an exchange, instead of just a refund. Hope to post again soon with a success story and proper review of the coffee pot!

One cup was smashed :( is it possible to get a replacement for it? I would really like to have it but if that can’t be sorted, I will have to return everything which would be such a shame considering how long did I wait for this one to arrive :((
