I loved the product but then having a 1 year old who throws everything away including the charging station for this turned into my 2 star review. I have looked online for a new charging station everywhere and cannot find one. So then I reach out to deenkee’s customer service, which they have no phone number for and have 3 options for emails one of which I finally got a response from someone with(which mind you is the email Amazon had to give me that did not match up with the email on their website or on their pamphlet given with the product) I get a response they tell me to send a picture and model number of the product so I can order a new one charging station which I did and then no response. So I send another email starting the conversation over and no response of course. Completely unimpressed with deenkee due to these reasons and will not purchase another product of theirs again.

The vacuum itself seems to work fine, but if you planned on buying this for the wifi, don't bother. The app is a complete joke and always says the robot is offline. The reviews for the app are under 2 stars, if that tells you anything....will be exchanging for a Rooma iRobot since I know their app actually works correctly.

The cleaning power seems to be really good. It picks up a lot of dirt that my other vacuum seemed to miss. My only complaint is when it comes to recharging. The vacuum wanders around and never does make it back to the recharging station. It'll go through my entire house and never find its way. It also seems to have alignment issues at times and vacuums the same spot back and forth until I move it. But it definitely helps out when I don't always have the time.

This robot has been wonderful. It’s easy to clean and picks up everything. One of the best things my family has used to clean our house! Recommend to anyone.

Business dishonesty

Gets under the couch where lots of dust compiles. So far so good.
