I use this in my DIY laundry detergent and it really helps boost the scent. It’s a pretty good amount of soap for the price too!

My son works at a carbon black plant and we couldn’t find a soap to completely take the black off of his skin. Bought this to try and it works great!! I think it is similar to the Lava brand soap, but milder and without the grit.

My hairdresser gave me a recipe for homemade laundry detergent and she told me to buy this to do it and I never looked back. It has a scent, but is is more like an ivory soap scent that I love. Very economical as well.

Fast shipping on the zote bars! So much easier than having to go to Walmart. Great value for 6 bars with the convenience of not having to go to the store. Works well and pleasant scent. 4 out of 5 stars only because I wish they would sell them in flakes like the white zote bars as well. I like the flakes better as it takes a bit more time to have to use a cheese grater. I tried to use a food processor to grate up the bar but it's a little sticky for it. But worth the price.

I am starting to make my own laundry soap and bought this instead of Fels and the scent to me smells like motor oil I dont know what it is but its just not very fresh and clean smelling I also am not seeing a great amount of stain removal with it in my soap. May be because it was my first batch but I figures a whole half bar would be plenty for tough stains. Well see how the next couple soap batches go but I may have to switch back to fels or Kirks

I grate this soaps and put it in container . Used it then as an addition to the laundry detergent for white clothing. It works great for white clothing for stains and make your clothes whiter. I recommend it!!!

Good for getting everyday stains out.
