Q: What is product difference between sono-200 vs sono-250 other than price?

The SON-250, Acrylic Glanz contains more of the acrylic polymer that the SON-200, Acrylic Spritz. The Glanz offers more protection, the Spritz has more cleaners.

Q: So i just spray car off to get rid of dust,dry and then use this? Have applied klasse aio and the sealant

I also use Klasse AIO sealant. I typically use Sonus Acrylic after washing my car to "revive" the slippery feel of a good wax job. It works very well for this purpose and allows me to extend the time between applications of Klasse. I personally would not just spray a soiled car and then use Sonus spray. That approach sounds like a recipe for scratches.
