Sidas Gel – 2012 Red Red - Red

Just bought this pair to replace my last identical ones. I will not wear any shoes whatsoever without them in and haven't done since I first got them. Walking without them seems ludicrous now.I've got plantar fasciitis, which has caused me pain since I was a small child, but a sports physio who said I had high arches persuaded me to buy a pair of these. For about 12 months, I forgot I had an issue with my feet for the first time in my life. I kept them in for a further 12 months (which I know I shouldn't have) and found the pain started to come back, gradually getting worse and worse over the months.I've just bought a pair to replace the first ones and can see the arch support has noticeably sagged in my old pair, which would explain why the issue has come back. I'll never stop using these and don't see any reason to switch.

I was recommended these insoles by a sport shop. Im running a lot and they fited well into my runners. Recently had to buy new running trainers and havent worn the insole in my new runners yet as the old one are cut to the size of my old trainers. I have had bad back since im not wearing the insoles. So just ordered my second pair to fit my new trainers. I cannot wait. These insole are really comfy. Great for feet support. Definitely recommend them. Can be cut to size if needed. Bought size M (im a 39 in runners) a tiny cut was needed. My old one are still in good condition had them for 2yrs. They last a long time (30km average run weekly).

These are great. My physio and pilates instructor advised me to buy these because years of back problems which had a knock on effect on stability etc. I now have them fitted in all my activity shoes, such as mountain walking boots, trainers, running shoes and would not now buy anything else. I did have sorbathanes in them previously, but these give you more stability. I now buy them for my husband too.

Very prompt delivery. I use the insoles in my ordinary shoes and they are a great help in making my shoes more comfortable, something which is a problem for me with my flat feet. The gel under the ball of the foot is great as this is an area which normally gets sore if I walk any distance. I found the sizing to be a little small, but it wasn't a problem for me. I bought the XL which was advertised as suitable for size 10-11. They fitted into my size 10 shoes without the need for cutting.

Usually with new soles that aren't leather, I always dread the 'break in' period where inevitably blisters result.These fit perfectly into my hiking boots (size 7) with no cutting and were very comfortable to walk in. They are firm (to give support) but absorb and spread the shock. Was comfortably hiking around New Zealand for a couple of weeks comfortably.They also wash and dry well. I took them out most days for a rinse and they dried pretty quick with no signs of wearing.

AS A SUFFERER OF PAINFUL HEELS AND A BAD BACK I DECIDED TO TRY THESE GEL INSOLES BECAUSE CUSHIONEDINSOLES DID NOT DO ANY GOOD, THESE ARE RIGID WITH CUSHION BUILT IN. SIZE 10/11 FITS PERFECTLY INTO SIZE11 SHOES.AFTER A FEW DAYS MY BAD BACK HAS GONE AND MY HEELS ARE GETTING BETTER. QUICK DELIVERYIS SUPERB, WHEN IN PAIN YOU WANT RELIEF QUICKLY.

These are marvellous, I developed plantar fasciitis over a year ago and after trying various insoles I found these on Amazon, and thought I would give them a try. They really have helped the condition and I heartily recommend them.

They are true to size but the arch support isn't the greatest and they take a while to break in to be truly comfy. Would I buy another pair? Maybe not... they are slightly too expensive for the job that they do but I'm not upset that I purchased these. On the plus side , I can't see them falling to pieces in a hurry and I probably walk around 10-12 miles a day.

Soffro di fascite plantare e spina calcanea croniche dovute a riduzione canale spinale, ecc... Ho fatto costruire solette plantari su misura da specialisti costatemi una fortuna, ho acquistato in diverse farmacie solette di materiali diversi tutte penosamente distrutte senza ottenere mai veri benefici ( riduzione del dolore in appoggio). Un giorno su suggerimento di un amico ho acquistato un paio di queste solette ottenendo beneficio e durata nel tempo. In seguito ne ho acquistate ancora tante paia per non doverle spostare nelle varie scarpe. Veramente soddisfatto!

Habe diese Sohle glaube jetzt zum dritten Mal gekauft, von daher bin ich also von der Ware auch überzeugt! Auf die geünschte Größe vorsichtig zuschneiden, einlegen und schon kann es wieder los gehen. Das einzigste was mich immer wieder stört, ist das nur nach S, M, L bestellt werden kann. Wer die Sohle nicht kennt, weiß gar nicht, für welche Größe was richtig ist. Von daher ziehe auch einen Stern ab.

Sapevo di avere dei problemi di sostegno plantare a entrambi le gambe oltre una bella spina calcaneare al dx ma, dopo 5 lunghi mesi di cure, direi di aver risolto. Tuttavia per non infortunarmi nuovamente, dopo la valutazione a un esame podometrico, mi hanno prescritto delle solette con sostegno plantare con ammortizzatore al tallone per la spina. Quindi ho comprato delle altre solette ma solo equivalenti nel prezzo e oggi qui, Vi porto il mio consiglio. Un runner amatoriale ha bisogno sempre dei consigli non interessati ma concreti e veritieri e mi sento di consigliarvele queste solette X-Socks Gel 3D 2012. Per farle su misura avrei dovuto spendere in media dagli 80€ ai 100€ e, visto che le mie gambe e i piedi non reclamano più, quindi, ho scelto bene al primo colpo. Semmai avrò speso in totale la stessa somma ma la soddisfazione resta..non vi pare.! Bye..

Nachdem in fast allen (auch hochwertigen) Sportschuhen aller Art nur billigste Einlegesohlen drinnen sind, haben wir die Sidas Einlagen bei mehrtägigen Wanderungen getestet. Wir sind sehr zufrieden, Einlagen riechen nicht und erfüllen ihren Zweck.Nur der Preis stört etwas.

Es gibt Leute die schwören drauf. Für mich war das nichts. Sie waren mega hart. Da ich sie schon auf meine Größe zurecht geschnitten hatte konnte ich sie leider nicht zurückschicken. Schon schade, denn wirklich preiswert waren die nicht.

Ich habe mir die Einlagen für meine Wanderschuhe gekauft und bin sehr zufrieden damit.Sie sind sehr angenehm zu tragen und auch nach längerem Gebrauch (1 Jahr - ca. 500 km) zeigen sie noch kaum Abnutzungserscheinungen.Ich kann sie jedem weiterempfehlen.

Con queste solette lo scorso ho fatto il Cammino de La Plata fino a Santiago de Compostela (1000Km.) e devo dire che sono state veramente un ottimo acquisto e quindi ho deciso di acquistarne un altro paio.

Mon mari Pompier les a mit dans ses rangers. C'est moi qui les ai choisi, étant dans le métier de l'orthèse (orthoprothésiste), je pense que c'est un bon compromis de confort et de maintient en restant dans le standard. Après à voir combien de temps elles durerons mais cela fait déjà 2 mois qu'il les porte toute la journée 5j /7j et il ne se plain pas de douleurs aux pieds/genoux/dos donc pour le moment top top!!

Die Einlagen sind sehr bequem und man läuft wie auf Wolken. Auch langes stehen ist kein Problem mehr, selbst über viele Stunden

selbst bei längeren Märschen endlich keine Fußschmerzen mehr. Jetzt habe ich auch bei meinen anderen Lieblingsschuhen dieOrginaeinlage raus genommen und durch diese ersetzt. DANKESCHÖN!!!

Les meilleures semelles que j'ai eu,elles vont aussi bien dans mes rangers d'intervention que mes chaussures de course à pied.Le gel est de très bonne facture est répartit bien uniformément la pression du pied. Je n'achète plus que ce modèle pour toutes mes paires de chaussures.

Habe diese Sohlen seit ein paar Jahren im Einsatz und bin sehr zufrieden.Habe diverse Paare gekauft, um sie abzuwechseln.
