Not a lot of room to complain for $12
Actually I paid $15 to get it next day (as I just tweaked my lower back) and still happy with it. Quality seems decent. For the price I was honestly expecting worse. Not as cushy as the more expensive ones that are a little taller and have the doubled up V shaped elastic bands. This one feels a little stiffer in the belly area but I'm being pretty critical here. This one is not uncomfortable, it does the trick and I have no regrets. As far as fit, I'm a 31 waist and ordered a Medium (28-39)... I would say if it was any bigger I would not be able to get it as tight as I like. Quite a few of the 1 and 2 star reviewers were saying it was too small. They either have a skinny waist with a big old spare tire above it or they don't understand these things need to be snug or they're not going to do their job. So if you have a waist of 30 or less and you know you like your back brace tight you may want to go the next size down. To clarify that... If you are someone that wears one of these all day at medium tightness just because you are on your feet and have a bad back or someone who does a lot of light lifting go with the stated sizes. I do a lot of property maintenance and wear this totally loose (or not at all) until I need to do something like load heavy logs onto my trailer or go out to cut grass for hours on end where the repeated bouncing on my butt just hammers the discs in my lower back. Situations like that the tighter I can get the brace the more protection it offers, keeping me alligned and reducing vertical compression. Or times like now when treating my back with cavalier disregard has left me wishing I could wratchet strap a steel girdle around my midsection so I can bend over to brush my teeth without needing to squat and rest on my elbows. So long story short if you need a new brace delivered ASAP and a swanky $60 one isn't in the budget this one here will do the trick. And if you do get a more expensive one down the road, you won't regret having this one as a backup.

Size matters.
Make sure you measure your gut and not your waist! Mine was too fat

Great product
I wore that work, and everybody loves it. Matter of fact I got two people to buy it from Amazon.

Stays put! No sliding down around your waist…
I’m 66 and still playing drums in rock and country bands. I have to wear a back brace, especially for set up and tear down, let alone the actual playing. Every other brace I’ve tried slides down around my waist. I wear a light jacket over it and you can’t tell I’m even wearing it. A must for me to continue to beat on the drums at my age!

Very Small!
Agree with others, sizing is way off. I have 33” waist, needed to exchange medium for large…still snug, but ok

Nice back brace
This back brace is very nice. It fits just right. The size is not true to fit however. It runs small. So we needed an actual XL, but had to get the XXL in order to fit properly. It is a little big as far as the size of the belt dimensions. It has nothing to do with the fitting size. It's the belt itself that's a bit large. But it's not a big problem. But it looks like it was made for a larger person in height however, because we put the straps all the way as far as they would tighten and it fits just a bit loose still. It's not snug around the shoulders as it should be. But it's not falling off. So it's ok (just barely).None the less, for the cost it was worth it and highly recommend it.
