Waste of money
First of all, no photos of the smoothies. At ALL. Secondly, most of these smoothies (if not all) are filled with JUST fruits and occasionally a veggie here and there like Kale. And lastly, it calls for random ingredients that call only once in the entire book. I wouldn’t buy something just because it calls for it in one recipe. It should be added to a couple of others so I know it won’t go to waste when I buy it.I just don’t understand how anyone could like this book. Waste of money IMO.

NOT "Healthy"
Not sure why this book is considered to be one of healthy shakes. Caffeine, chocolate, sugars, etc. are contents of many of the recipes. This is someone's barnyard list of something they claim to be healthy because it has some fruits and vegetables in it. There's no science or nutrition to the shake contents, just list of someone's recipes. It is black and white printed text, no pictures of anything. Looks like someone literally printed it off their own printer, placed a label on it calling it "healthy" and a "best seller," then ships it out to everyone. They're friends probably wrote all the "great" reviews. ...from someone who IS a scientist and a clinician, there's no way I would back this book or its contents.

The recipes are great and the way it is sectioned is perfect.I was so fortunate to find these cookbooks where all the work has been done for me.I was looking for how to shed some fat and obtain more nutritious foods in my system and this book has helped me succeed. Definitely pleased with this purchase.

Thought it would have more than just written out recipes no pictures or anything.
