The product was reached at regular pace start was ok but aftermarket services are way too bad since when it gets broken no proper repair procedure other than that they only visit and say they don't have part they will get it and don't replyExperience was way too bad

I purchased this product a week ago. LG 11kg machine was exactly double the price after discount, hence purchased this to experiment. i got this for 8K after discount + exchange.1. Powerful motor. Wash clothes well. You can wash 3-5 double bedsheets at once.2. Spinner is comparatively small but dries clothes really fast, max 2-3 mins of spin, clothes will be dry enough to put outside for drying.3. Machine size is the same as old 7KG semiautomatics. Not very bulky or heavy.3.
